I should have reviewed this company more before purchasing several things from them , and not being able to redeem some. I am currently getting my credit card company trying to get the money refunded as I can not get any response from KGB deals .
Any company that does not have a telephone contact number should be avoided anyway , but in particular this one as their response by e mail is pathetic .
I have already removed them from my e mail list and will NOT purchase from them again , and from my experience would warn anybody contemplating using them NOT to .
they would not receive 1 star if that was possible on here

Horrendous !
I have never known such an appalling customer service. I had genuine concerns about a service I purchased but received only a generic email stating their refund policy.
Never in my life will I use this service again !

Should Be Closed Down And Banned From Selling!
Ordered their Elsa and Anna deal over 30 days ago.
Should have arrived within 3-5 days.
Nothing.
Waited the required 14 days and wrote to them to advise of non-receipt.
Told to wait another 3-5 days. Still no item.
Have asked for refund as I have now cancelled this under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Still refusing to refund me, telling me rubbish that I have to refuse delivery of an item which has never arrived before they will refund me.

Rip Offs
I ordered the oral b tooth brush heads they came after 3 weeks I soon realised they were not oral b heads but I thought for the prise i'll give them ago, Ideal if you want a throw away toothbrush as they only useable once they no longer turn on my electric toothbrush after going through 6 heads ive emailed KGB to have a reply saying we don't give refunds on used products. Im absolutely discusted I thought buying through KGB was safe and I was covered but obviously not. Never again will I use them.

My experience with KGB Deals is worse than TERRIBLE.
You need to be careful when buying to them.
I bought a massage with KGB Deals 5 months ago.
As so many vouchers were sold, the merchant was unable to provide the massage to the customers.
I received a text message from the merchant ( massage provider) saying that this would not be possible and that we would be getting a refund from KGB Deals.
I emailed KGB Deals to learn more about this refund, and after waiting for a response for more than 2 weeks they confirmed they would be doing the refund, but this never happened.
I emailed back again, I waited again for 2 weeks and the story hasnt end.
Every time I email, it takes them 2 weeks + to get me back, always saying that this will be happening soon, but its been 5 months.
This has been a terrible experience, calling both the merchant to book an appointment for the massage, which was impossible, and KGB Deals.
KGB Deals have a customer service phone number, that doesnt work.
I will never buy again from this people.
They are not professionals, they cant manage their inbox, they make me loose so much time trying to get what is mine and to learn what is going on, they dont tell the truth to their customers, and the worst : they kept my money and I had no massage!!!!!
This does not not inspire me as I've just had a similar response from Hair by Helen in Paisley. They clearly could not provide massages for the number of vouchers sold and told me to go to KGB deals for a refund . . . looks like this could be a problem though hope not!

Deal Bought & Company Closed
After successfully buying numerous deals from KGB, the first time I encountered an issue with the company that I had bought the deal from closing, the service received from KGB was useless.
I emailed them three times to explain the problem, eventually got a reply from a nice lady in the customer services department. After a month of emailing back and forth to get further details they agreed to send me a cheque. A month later and I still have not had it.
I have emailed them again to ask of its whereabouts but am not holding my breath. I am so dissapointed as I've had some cracking deals through KGB, but will certainly not be using them again after this.

Hotel Deal - 2 Night Stay
Purchased a hotel deal back in April 2014 on a KGB deal (£80) valid until December 2014.
I tried to redeem the voucher but the site would not accept the voucher code. I E-mailed KGB (the parent company [email protected]) and got a quick reply saying follow the instructions on the voucher. This didn’t work. E-mailed several times since over the period of seven days and got no reply what so ever, nothing.
In the end we had to pay for alternative accommodation and the issue with the KGB voucher is still to be resolved/I have still not had a reply from KGB/Ncrowd.

I Wouldnt Touch Them With A Bargepole .they Take Your Money
This company is a joke ,there is no corespondance and its almost impossible to get your money back off them.What a waste of space ,i would never use them again.I wasnt sent a voucher after 5 emails to them .

They Took My Money!
Wish I could've given them 0 stars. I booked some vouchers for a day out at Paradise Wildlife Park. My card was debited immediately, but when I received the links to the vouchers and tried to print them the links don't work!
I have tried looking for a phone number but can't find one. I have emailed them and all I get is some joker replying with 'I will reach out to KGB and let you know when they get back to me'. I'm not satisfied with a ridiculous holding email while they have my money!!! No apology from them at all! I then received an email from them with a case on it that wasn't even me, they had mistaken me for another Laura Jones! I know it's a common name but how can they mistake 2 completely different email addresses!
It's been going on since March, I am emailing them every day and will continue to do so until I get my money back. They just don't contact me at all. Such a rip off, I cannot believe that a company like this can run. So many negative reviews and they don't care that their own business will be slowly going down the drain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company, they are rip off merchants, get your money then nothing ! terrible service, terrible communication, terrible at everything. Tell all your friends not to buy anything from them because if it is wrong or they want a refund they can forget about it, absolute joke of a company, jokers big big style ! ! !
