Still waiting after 6 weeks for delivery..they messed up by putting billing address as delivery address..not helpful in correcting their mistake..packages were left out in rain at wrong address and now they won't collect unless its repackaged WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...they say "we can only apologise"and that is not good enough after all the inconvenience they have caused..AVOID THIS COMPANY

After looking on the website I thought I’d seen a door that matched our existing units. I sent for a colour sample and it came quickly and efficiently. The match was perfect so I ordered one large door to see if the product was good. After a time it came through and it was perfect. Hinge holes were predrilled and were almost perfect!

The door is now fully installed and looks great so I’m now going to buy a lot more.

The customer service is appalling. The product was ok, but no better than you could get elsewhere. I am fully aware that issues and mistakes happen, However I judge a company on how they deal with those issues. This company doesn't deal with issues even though they caused them. They delivered my product on the incorrect day, even though I discussed this with them on a number of occasions the delivery of the items as I could only be at the address on certain days. They left the product outside in the snow and rain without a signature for three days. I asked them to collect the goods and check them (I was happy to accept them but wanted reassurances that they were still useable). They refused and would not check them or provide a refund if they were damaged. The managers are rude and unhelpful and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They may have a number of positive reviews, but like I said its how they deal with the mistakes that make a company. Please don't order from this company as you may be the next unlucky person who has a mistake with your order and gets treated as badly as I did.

AVOID!! Such a terrible company! Ordered a door from this company which took over a month to arrive due to them sending it to Liverpool and not Plymouth! When it eventually arrived it was very damaged. Communication throughout was terrible and I was always having to chase despite being promised updates. Still to this day we havent recieved our refund on delivery. Avoid at all cost!

I set about replacing all our kitchen doors and panels (totalling 30+)

After checking out and reviewing 3 companies and receiving their quotations I plumped for kitchenDoorOutlet - these being the cheapest

The communications between their customer services personnel were excellent

Their product was similarly first class with no problem with measurements sent by me thro their pre-formatted order form

Very clear and easy to follow

Delivery was as promised (in fact earlier than was stated)

The only problem encountered was that after accepting our original order they came back and explained that the 'Georgian Type' doors were not available in the standard size as requested

This resulted in having to purchase non-standard doors at an additional cost

Nevertheless the complete project went thro with no problems and all sizes (doors, covers and hinge holes) provided were correct on receipt

One thing that did come out of the exercise was the realisation that the company of 'KitchenDoorWorkshop' (of which I received a higher priced quotation) is actually its sister company

We are very happy with their product

and based on our experience have no hesitation in recommending Kitchendooroutlet
