Overpriced, Poor Value
I bought the choclate biscuit bar selection, 71 bars for £14.98 plus £3.99 postage. If you see this offer, DO NOT BUY! It was a box of 71 of the smallest version of these biscuit bars I have ever seen. NOT good value, they work out at over 26p each but you could buy for less in the supermarket.

No Item Received
I haven't received my item that I paid for on August 24th 2020. I have heard nothing back about a refund. I would advise no one to buy anything from this site. If I received my refund or get my item then I will change my review. But so far I have spent £27.99 and £6.99 and received nothing. Please can someone sort this problem out.

Mighty Deals Sold Me A Faulty Laptop And Ignored All Emails
I made the mistake of ordering a reconditioned Mac laptop from this company. The laptop arrived, grubby looking and showing signs of wear. More importantly, it didn’t work. It didn’t even turn on. I have emailed their customer service department twice with no response, as the laptop is supposedly ‘under warranty’ – but what good is a ‘warranty’ if they fail to even respond to emails?
So, to Trading Standards I go, as I do my best to warn all other consumers I can to not make the same mistake I have made by ordering from this company.

Disgusting Customer Service

Do Not Use This Company!
This is an awful company, You should definitely avoid using them. I ordered a 32GB Iphone 5 and they sent me a 16GB. They are refusing to refund me the difference in price between the two. they have claimed to have made a payment via Paypal but they are lying. I have received nothing and they can't even provide a transaction ID. They have stolen from me and are lying to me.
Q&A
I haven't my purchases.
I can't get through to customer service and can't redeem my voucher it's a nightmare. What should I do?
I have just ordered 3 iPhone 5's. After reading all these bad reviews I'm pretty concerned now .
You would have thought that these days that these firms would have to meet certain criteria to operate and with so much money changing hands that there should at least be a phone number to call to enquire about your order. What should I do?
The answer is - avoid this company in future. I have had problems and, when I try to enquire, receive no response. Avoid!
What's the best way to recoup your money when this company has taken it and 1. provided a device that does not meet it's description, plus 2. not supplied a second device at all? And is now not replying to emails and phone goes unanswered. Your advice welcome - both items were paid separately at £46.98 and £32.99 respectively by credit card.
Hello, happy to help, persevier with the phone calls, I did and after a miriad of emails and phone calls, eventually get thru after enormous frustration, I am know sending my useless tablet back recorded post and getting my refund, I mentioned to the employee of mighty deals to never undersestimate the power of review sites, hopefully they don't!!!, my item was £35 but it was my money that I won't give away, don't give up, KEEP RINGING !!!! they will respond, I told them I wanted the postage refunded for returning the damn thing and they have to comply, hopefully a result.
