After 6 years loyalty to them,it looks like I've been treated badly because they found a loophole in UK consumer law according to Trading Standards UKEven tried an appeal to Co founder but as you'd expect was totally ignored.

Site often declines cashback earned for no good reason. Unable to get any response from them. Requested cashback due to be paid to me the first week of December 2017. Despite several reminders, with no response from them, it still has not be paid by today 26th January 2018. Not a good site to use.

I have received small cashback sums but any slightly larger sums have been declined/ignored. I've found at least one of the sites misleading and, despite chasing the company for several weeks, the payment was refused so be aware that you may not receive the cashback sum promised.

Customer service seems to consist of broken promises.They offered a £5 bonus which has not been forthcoming You will find better and higher paying sites,which I wish I had checked out earlier.

I currently have cash back of over £50 accrued. Under terms and conditions you must accrue £30 to be able to claim the cash back either via PayPal or into your bank account. Strangely, the one payment which will take me over the required level to actually access the cash back should have been paid in mid April but is still showing as outstanding. I paid for this service (car hire) in January so the amount is well overdue. I have emailed many times and never get a reply. I will be wary of providing my bank details to this lot as they seem very unprofessional, so can anyone recommend a great cash back site.

Ignore them, they are useless compared to other cashback sites

a) cashback doesn't track unless you chase them and

b) when you eventually get your money confirmed takes a month to reach your bank. Don't bother to ask for your money by paypal as they take money off you for paypal commission. Loads I don't like and cant think of anything positive.

I have always had trouble in the past with this company. my latest cashback of £25.17 requested in July has not been paid and they wont correspond with me, In the past I asked for cashback to my bank account but it didn't materialise, So this time requested to my paypal account, but still no luck and they ignore all my emails. This is cashback legitamitely earned, not worth all the hassle.

2 months waiting for cashback that has never materialised.

Do not waste your time with this; they are full of promises but never paid any money due

Great customer service, only had one failed cash back but that was the retailer being difficult, I had excellent comms from Pouring Pounds throughout
