I can see from the Internet you may already be aware of your relations with this activity and as

I am 3 days in from this purchase I have taken advice and requesting Wowcher who sold me this product

and whom I paid, to reimburse my purchase in full with immediate effect direct to the payment method used.

This was for a 4 night break with flight and accommodation. I then get a phone call with my flight details which were Departing 21:05 getting me to the hotel at midnight and returning 5:30am on 3rd day of my break, so my break would now be just 2 days I would be shattered due to the flight times (clearly not much of a break). On checking these flights there are no such flights either. I declined and requested reimbursement which was also declined.

I put it to you that everyone purchasing this break are followed up with exactly the same conversation from Prime suggesting ridiculous flight times in order the customer would decline and ask for alternative options. In my case Prime actually stated I would have to pay for changing my flights (as it states in the small print) however I am not changing my flights as I hadn't actual agreed to any. I consider this to be very shading practise and of course will be sharing this with Trading Standards.

I have been bombarded with phone calls trying to get me to take alternate flights at a cost of an additional £120.

Which clearly I decline.

Having tried to converse with Both Wowcher and Prime holidays which are both on the same whats Ap number? +447917 171746

43 messages and 10 phone calls to date between us and I cant get anyone to converse with me in relation to my reimbursement.

I can now see Wowcher and Prime holidays that this is an historical activity as its all over the internet.

DO NOT BUY £99 mystery holiday deal …

I have no idea how this company have any good reviews when their is a Facebook with thousands of angry customers.

DO NOT BUY THE MYSTERY £99 DEAL IT IS A sham !!!!!

My daughter booked the deal and we knew we would have a supplement for Scottish airport however they are demanding £75 per person extra on top of the £99 for no changes what so ever apparently fees . When asked for a refund being ignored and passed to the third party company . Been fighting for weeks now and getting nowhere .

Honestly not worth it at all, just go on sky scanner and booking.com you will get a better deal .

We are now down £198 if we don’t pay another £150 for 2 nights in Poland an absolute joke.

The Facebook page is Rip off Wowcher honestly so many people being ripped off by this company it’s unbelievable I can only assume they take down these reviews somehow as no way do they have so little negative ones on here when a Facebook page is dedicated to rip off sales and the page has thousands of people on it.

Unfortunately Wowcher don't seem to understand or accept that its not just about the price as quality and service are equally important as is after sales. The true measure of any company's customer care is its ability to recover and satisfy its customers, regardless of their internal processes and procedures. I've made 2 purchases, both of which have gone wrong. The first was a pair of Ornamental Trees that looked nothing like the advert. The supplier accepted they were poor quality but refused to refund or collect them. Wowcher wouldn't give a refund and I reluctantly accepted a Voucher which I used to purchase a Harvester meal deal which I really didn't want. Unfortunately the voucher was faulty and failed when I tried to redeem it. I've been in touch with the CEO, who never replies and Customer Services, who are again refusing to refund my money. Its only £28 but for me its the principal. However for Wowcher it has lost a customer for life, but maybe they don't care? So don't expect to get what you pay for or for Wowcher to refund your money if they fail.

The very worst company I've ever dealt with, no customer service, no contact, nothing.

I've asked for help, to cancel my order and refund the money, they keep giving me excuses for not refund the money, the sofa hasn't been dispatched.

Stay away from this company.

Customer service non existent. Most unhelpful company I've ever dealt with. Can't even speak to anyone, just get a generated reply from a virtual team mate, repeating the same answer, no matter how you word a question. They waste your time in the hope you give up so they can keep your money.

My wife and I bought a gift voucher as a wedding present for a 2 night trip to Amsterdam, advertised on the Wowcher web site, flights and hotel included.

The advert gave no destination airport but as the hotel was in Amsterdam it was fair to assume the airport would be in Amsterdam.

The voucher was redeemed by the recipients to be told the flights were to Eindhoven late on the first evening. A two hour taxi ride to the hotel at their expense.

They were offered flights into Amsterdam for an additional £200 which they felt was their only option.

Very deceptive advert, very poor support from Wowcher who advertised the advert, simply claiming take it with the firm Prime holidays who were arranging the break.

Don't be misled by poor Advertisement and poor customer support

Brought a suitcase set from Wowcher. Then I saw that it had £20 delivery so I requested a refund within 24 hours. Was given delivery for £5 so used the Wowcher. The suitcases from ground level.co.uk haven't arrived in the delivery date, I've messaged Wowcher and they have stopped replying. I still have not received the suitcases and have not got my money back. Now I have to contact my bank for chargeback. DO NOT USE WOWCHER!!

I had £37 in my wallet and i thought like any other genuine company its going to be there and stay there and when i had time i can use it but today I went to use it and it has disappeared i wished i had brought in Amazon my money would have been still in my account I will never buy from this company again.

They offer cheap products, cos they buy according to what they sell.

The seller doesn’t have item in stock and it’s all sham to get your money and then having to chase for refund which they delay further.

Dont waste your time buying from them, its biggest sham on the internet

The price is always higher by the time you redeem the woucher and if you don't redeem they simply take your money leaving you further out of pocket stay away is my advice
