Top Notch Service!!!

We recently purchased a Zanussi ceramic hob electric cooker from All Your Appliances. We were aware that the appliance was a 'Graded' item. The description of any dents/blemishes against each item is very accurate, backed up with clear photographs that point these out.

We contacted the shop by telephone to query a small scratch on the handle just to rule out it wasn't a crack. They couldn't have been more helpful in checking the appliance to confirm the minor scratch.

The delivery was free and vey quick with the driver being very accomodating. We are really more than pleased with the cooker, in fact unless you are actually looking for them, you would be hard-pushed to find the small dents and blemishes which don't affect the performance of the appliance anyway!

Overall, an exceptional, good 'old fashioned' service that is second to none and a rare find these days. Many thanks to all the staff at Secondtek for all your assistance throughout, making this purchase a pleasure from beginning to end!!!

No Product Guarantee And Still No Refund

We bought a Beko dishwasher about a year ago and it developed an electrical fault where it was blowing all the electrics in the kitchen. Allyourappliances told us to contact Beko as it was bought with a 2 year guarantee but Beko refused to honour the guarantee as it was a 'graded' product. After multiple phone calls Allyourappliances offered us the choice of choosing a new dishwasher from their site (and paying the difference as they were all more expensive than the Beko one) or a refund. We chose a refund. It then took Allyourappliances a week to collect the faulty machine and 9 days after that we still don't have the refund.

Hotpoint Washing Machine

Ordered and payed for New Washing ? machine for my daughter . Two day later my daughter received a phone call asking if she was aware that the product may be dented, scratched or both as this is the stock they sell.

Wish they had warned me during the ordering process.

Have emailed to cancel order and get refund. Let the fun begin. !!!!

Great Company To Deal With

Customer service is excellent, really go out of their way to sort out any problem, quick delivery, very good prices. Can't really fault them. On a special note the ladies i dealt with are excellent at their job, just wish all companies were like them.

Faulty Goods And Impossible To Get Hold Of Customer Services

Bought a graded Samsung washing machine from allyourappliances.com listed as full working order just cosmetic damage to casing. Within 14 days it had a leak, we checked filters, doors and seals and we seemed to have stopped it. 4 weeks later water started pouring out of detergent drawer when we used the machine. They refered me to Samsung customer services who were next to useless also, after talking to someone in India and explaining the problem at least 4 times, he read the trouble shooting guide to me from the back of my user manual...very kind but as i had it in my hand I could have done that myself, I also knew it was nothing g to do with anything he said!..he said he wouldn't help me unless I ran 2 cycles on my machine on the hottest temperature to try and flush out a blockage if there was one. O explained I couldn't do this without flooding my kitchen but he insisted, so i hung up and rang straight back and explained it all again to a different person, Was told I couldn't get an engineer out to me so i was to wait for a call from the customer services within 48hrs, When they called they told me they had read my file and assumed the problem was a split or faulty pipe and that they would order the parts in and then send an engineer out. It was a week later when the assuned faulty part came in and by the time an engineer had been out to us it was 10 days since we reported the fault, we had no washing machine so we were paying for a launderette. Engineer came out and said he had fixed the problem and that it was something stuck in the pipe. That was last Wednesday (5 days ago) I have used the machine twice since then and now the same problem is back with a vengeance and again I have a flooded kitchen. Not happy at all.

So, since writing this I have managed to get a replacement washing machine, I thought this would be the end to my problems, how wrong I was!

The collect and replacement of my machine was last Tuesday, when I booked this I explained that I would need someone to remove the old machine from its place and put the new one in because my husband had just had an operation 7 days previous and was on crutches unable to walk well or lift and I would be at work... I was told yes that's fine the courier will have a trolley and can do all of that. I also asked that I was give a phone call half an hour ahead of delivery so I could race hone from work to assist so that my husband didn't have to worry. This didn't happen!

The driver arrived and after my husband, on his crutches at the door, telling him where the machine was the driver looked very confused and said 'no mate I don't remove them you'll have to get it out' gob smacked my husband said we were told it would be done? The courier just shrugged and told him to get it out, so my disabled husband is now on his crutches in the kitchen trying to get a very heavy washer dryer out and disconnect it wile the courier watched...the courier then went to get the new machine out if the van and plonked it in the middle of my 4.5ft wide hall way, blocking my toilet door and my kitchen door. He then claimed he was guna leave the old machine there and get it collected later!!! By this stage my husband had steam coming out if his ears, he told the guy to take it, we don't live in a mansion and can't have 2 washing machines sat around. He finally took it but he wasn't happy about it. So not only had the driver had just watched a disabled man struggle and risk his health moving a washing machine that he was told he shouldn't have to, the driver was now leaving the new bigger heavier washing machine blocking the toilet, kitchen and front door to the house so that my husband had to hobble upstairs to the loo. No remorse shown. We contacted all your appliances and they couldn't give a monkies. All they said is the driver should have taken it out and put the new one in. They haven't apologised or offered us any compensation. My husband has now got to await an MRI to check the damage to his knee and see what further work he needs done to repair the damage!

This just highlights your competence, if you had read my statement properly you would see that it says I was referred to Samsung customer services which is where I spoke to the Indian!

I have since had more contact and a replaced machine but this has caused further problems,

Delighted

I ordered an AEG washing machine on Wednesday evening this week, I received a phone call on Thursday morning confirm the order and to arrange delivery on Friday , as promised the order arrived at 12.30 Friday , the driver brought the machine straight into the kitchen and helped me unpack, nothing was too much trouble for him. Everything was as described,I would use this company again without hesitation and recommend.

I bought a graded double oven. This was listed as full working order with some cosmetic damage. All good until it was fitted, in fact the cosmetic damage wasn't as bad as I thought. Once fitted it kept blowing bulbs, blowing the fuses and grill wouldn't work. to be fair they offered me refund or replacement. We chose refund but am now stuck with oven in middle of kitchen for a week until it is collected. They are refusing to arrange a different courier. so not only am I £80 out of pocket for fitting/taking back out costs but I now can't use the washing machine.

Parts Missing

before i bought cooker and splashback i phoned secondtek (all your appliances)what condition the items were in, they said as new with slight scratch or blemish,that was fine as it was being used commercialy,when arrived there was no screws or bolts to build the splashback and fit it to oven,after four emails try to contact them they said sorry and would send them,two week later and more unanswered emails nothing has arrived,be very wary buying from this company.
