Great price on product, and very fast delivery. When a manufacturing fault became evident, Appliance Planet immediately offered to replace the item, and arranged to have a replacement sent out by courier the following day - no ifs, buts or haggling. Replacement product fine. With this sort of service, I would have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

We ordered a range cooker and hood from appliance planet because of a deal they had where we could get upto 40% off the hood if we ordered together. This was the best deals we could find on the internet for both items.

You had to ring for a voucher code that you could add to your online basket. We were given a code over he phone and told it was good for 48 hours. So we decided to purchase the following day. However, the code didn't work with the new basket the following day. We emailed for another code but this took several hours to come through and again didn't work because we had a new basket, plus the amount of money off was different from the one we received over the telephone.

Decided to try again the following day on the telephone and was given another code which was even less that the first two. I decided to give up but one last attempt and the first original code worked and we got more that the 40% off that was advertised.

So we went with it. Was concerned that with all the ordering hassle we would have problems with delivery. But the items were delivered within 14 days and we were kept informed about the date of delivery and the time of delivery. In fact we were contacted 30 minutes before to say they were on their way.

Not had cooker fitted yet, but the packaging is perfect and the delivery guys opened up the front to check for any immediate scratches or cracked glass. There were none.

The service from Appliance Planet was first class. I had several questions regarding the appliance, such as the difference between the models, which colours were available, and some technical specifications. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Where they were not able to provide an immediate answer, they checked with the supplier and came back with all the answers promptly, without keeping me hanging on the line. The appliance arrived when stated and the delivery company were very helpful and prompt too.

On one occasion the phone did take a long time to answer, which would be the only criticism; otherwise whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Appliance Planet.

My good looking cooker was delivered on the specified day in the allocated time slot of 2 hours drivers were very pleasant and put my good looking cooker where I wanted it to go. My good looking cooker is very robust and looks the part in my kitchen, easy to use and the manual simple to understand, I cannot find anything I don't like, you even emailed me before despatch to advise me that the packaging was not 100% and emailed me a picture for me to okay the packaging. I had all the details I required through your website, Dimensions, colour etc

My good looking cooker was a bit pricey but well worth it.

This is a specific component required for the Smeg extractor hoods (mine is the Smeg KSEC61X) if you intend to use it in induction mode - which is annoying as I've noticed other cooker hoods can use a generic charcoal filter. What I would say is the box seems to be simply a plastic container with charcoal inside - so I see no reason why in the future you couldn't take the old charcoal out and replace it with new charcoal, instead of buying a new filter altogether - which I feel is pretty expensive for what it is!

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service during the ordering process. Delivery arrived on time within the two hour time slot and I would certainly order from this Company again in the future.

I've had two purchases to date and on both occasions I had to follow up the order as it hadn't been dispatched. The first time they blamed the stock system, the second the warehouse staff. Easy to order the product online too. Within a few minutes I received an email confirmation of order and within a few days I received a phone to confirm the delivery, offering an am or pm delivery which is really helpful. (saves you waiting around all day)

Thank goodness the website insisted on using 150mm ducting for the cooker hood. It makes a huge difference to the noise although local installers and builders didn't believe this until it was installed.

The item ordered arrived quickly even though it was between Christmas and New Year.

It was a bit of a shame that we had to order a different colour due to the one we wanted not having been in stock for some time.

It turned out that when the description said 1.5m ducting it really meant the absolute linear maximum was 1.5m. The distance we had to cover was just a bit longer and we had to order a longer flexible duct which cost another £14. It would have been helpful to have a mix and match ducting kit.

We would have bought the cooker hood too but it was out of stock.
