Fantastic Customer Service

rang up your customer services about a product I was thinking of buying but wondered if you could match the 2yr guarantee offered by John Lewis. I spoke to a lovely employee who advise me you had low atock but would reserve one an ring me back in 30 mins to see wht I had decided. After my mum persuading me I opted for John Lewis for the extra guarantee but I just wanted to say that they rang me back within 30 mins to ask me my decision! He was polite and courteous and I will definitely be coming to you for my fridge freezer which is next on my list!I have written this as I have worked in customer service before and it only ever seems to be people complaining that email!Thanks a very soon to be satisfied customer :-)

Endless Junk Mail

The price ,ordering process and delivery are fine but prepare afterwards for someone phoning to try and sell you an insurance policy and an email EVERY DAY asking you to tell others what you think about them so I am. Their unsubscribe method does not work ,neither seemingly does sending a message to them through the site.

Do Not Use This Website, As It Is A Fake Website,

Do not use this website, as it is a fake website, it will only take your money without sending you the item. I have ordered a Bosch dishwasher $320.- but no delivery and response after I placed order by Dec/2010 and made payment, money was taken from my credit card. Luckily, I can get the money back from my credit card company.

The Company Has Ceased Trading And The Owner Made

The company has ceased trading and the owner made bankrupt on 8/3/11 at Tameside County Court Case no 0000060. (Insolvency office Tel 0161 234 8500. There is little prospect of getting any money back but this information may help anyone making a claim against their credit card company.

I FIRST PUT A REVIEW ON THIS SITE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IN JUNE 2010 - I AM AMAZED THAT THEY ARE STILL GETTING AWAY WITH RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. CALL STOCKPORT TRADING STANDARDS WHO WERE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY LAST YEAR - IF ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN HOPEFULLY THESE CROOKS WILL GET THEIR COME UPPANCE AND THEIR WEBSITE WILL BE CLOSED DOWN. ordered fridge freezer for close to £500 just before the NEW VAT CAME INTO FORCE..Still waiting.What should I do?.My banker could not help me to retrieve the money.What possible legal stand can I take?.Advice is very much welcome.

I totally agree with reviewer. I also got ripped off by this company in January. I also went to the trading standards agency to complain. I am absolutely amazed that this company is still "trading" after all the complaints.

I Ordered And Paid For A Sleep Secrets Toronto Kin

I ordered and paid for a Sleep Secrets Toronto King Size TV Bed on the 12th Jan 2011. I was attracted by competitive price and promise of free delivery.

I received an invoice on the 13th Jan 2011 and the monies were taken from my bank account on the 18th Jan 2011.

I had several email exchanges with a couple of contacts (Mike / Mark) to arrange a delivery date (8th Feb 2011). On the delivery day I tried ringing all the numbers for them several times and ended up sending an email chasing my delivery. There has been no response from the company. My emails are not replied to, the 0161 number rings and rings and the 0800 numbers do not work.

On the 12th Feb 2011, I drove to the address quoted on the invoice (approx 140 mile round trip) to discuss my order with the company face to face. When I arrived at the shop I saw the shop still had signage outside but was closed. I spoke to two shop managers on either side of the shop and found out that thier shop was only open for a few weeks then closed. One manager did go on to say that on one occasion he had to console a woman who was crying out side the shop because the company had taken over £400 from her for a dishwasher and she did not get the appliance or her money back.

I also took the details of the unit managers contact with a view to trying to find a forwarding address but I did not follow that up. Details are: R. H. Property 0161 429 6616

Don'touch This Company.i Purchased A Washing Machi

DON'TOUCH THIS COMPANY.I purchased a washing machine on 19th Jan. I too had my money taken that same day. After many unsuccessful attempts to phone them (phone engaged or not answered) I emailed them half dozen times telling them to cancel my order and return my money. Emails not answered and they are still holding my money (my credit card company have been informed). On 31st Jan. I went to their premises in Stockport only to find that their premises are all closed up. I spoke to a chap from premise close by and he said that they had gone under a few months ago and that they had done a runner. He said that quite a few people had been to their place looking for them. How can they still be allowed to trade?

I Am Writing This Review To Inform All These Peop

I am writing this review to inform all these people, like them we have had all the excuses, no reply to phone calls, emails and letters. Been to police, citizens advise, trading standards, email various television programs. still no further forward, there seems to be no help for the person seen off. And this so called company keeps on Trading.Each time we have sent recorded letters, court action letters all has been ignored but cost us further money.

This has been going on since 3rd July 2010. I only wish I had seen the reviews

before I had ordered the washing Machine at £410.00.We are both Pensioners and things are hard enough. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO KEEP CONNING PEOPLE ???

WHY ISN'T SOME ONE CRACKING DOWN ON THEM. NO STARS IF I COULD.

I Have Already Written A Review For This Company B

I have already written a review for this company but this is to warn anyone who is in the process of attempting to be reimbursed their payment that despite the fact that they are trading as Domestic Appliances Online my Visa statement showed them as Cut Price Appliances. This has caused a problem with my claim and I have now had to put in writing to Visa that the two companies are one and the same. This has obviously caused a delay.

Needless to say that the dishwasher I ordered on 9th. January 2011 has not been delivered.
