Great Bbq, And Excellent Customer Service
I bought one of their VonHaus charcoal BBQs a few ago from Amazon. It's a really excellent BBQ, packed with lots of useful features and having owned it now for a few years it is still in great condition. Considering the cost I would say that it is amazing value for money. As well as this, I recently had to contact their customer service department to request a replacement part and they were absolutely fantastic, and dealt with my request quickly and professionally. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend both the product as well as the seller!

3 Piece Luggage Set Failed On First Use!
Poor luggage set that fell apart on first usage, poor customer service and collections dept (that failed to collect the item - so I stayed in for the day for no reason)!
The product isnt fit for purpose.
Their customer service is shabby and the parcel pickup service failed to pickup on the assigned day.

I purchased a wet & dry VonHaus vacuum. It is a good product. I managed to break one of the orange clasps that hold the motor unit to the main body of the vacuum. I contacted Domu customer service to be told that they hold no spares. I asked if they could supply one off a vacuum that had been sent back for replacement under warranty? Answer NO! So my advice to anybody purchasing a product through Domu is........don't be honest, admitting that you broke the item and offering to pay for the replacement part...............tell them that it broke under warranty & see if they send you a whole new product. The attitude from the customer service department was one of....I don't care and I'm not interested in helping you!

Domu. Shoddy customer service. Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered an item for vent day delivery which they failed to deliver the next day. Telephoned their customer service and they informed me that they had made a mistake and sent it by standard delivery. I then requested for the item to be sent the next day as bI could not wait 3-5 days for the delivery. But they refused therefore I cancelled the order and they agreed to refund the money. However, the next day I returned home to find the parcel placed on my door step and visible to anyone passing by. When I telephoned customer services to complain they were very unhelpful. I requested for the parcel to be collected the next day as I would be at home and they told me this was not possible even though it was their mistake. Instead they advised me to leave the parcel on my doorstep again so that the courier could collect it between a 2-day period. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous and my compliant remains unresolved. At the very least they should have arranged to have the parcel collected at a time that was convenient to me since it was their mistake. Avoid this company!!!!
No Delivery, No Advice, No Apology = No Good
Ordered TV bracket for delivery 5th Jan 17. Checked early Jan and saw it was delayed - no reason given, just a statement with no tracking. 23rd Jan still no product, still delayed, still no ETA, still no apology what use is that? - hopeless, do not use this company.

Awful Customer Service
Absolutely awful. Paid for next day delivery yesterday at 08:30 and had confirmation of my order. Lacks customer service - no real response to emails. It was only when I contacted them to ask for confirmation it would be delivered did someone tell me it hadn't actually been shipped. I have tried numerous times to cancel my order to then get an email saying it had been dispatched. If I had wanted it tomorrow I wouldn't have paid for next day delivery. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would!

Ordered In Spite Of Reviews - Was Not Disappointed
I purchased a plastic grow-house through Amazon from Domu. Ordered on 30th August and was given an arrival date range of 3 - 7 Sept. It arrived by Hermes carrier on the 31 Aug. After reading some review I was a bit worried I had bought from the wrong company, but DOMU must have lifted their game considerable. The item was well packed and as described with ALL the bits in the box and a well laid out book of assembly instructions - although, sticking a few poles together and bunging a plastic cover over the top - only fits one way - is not challenging. The item was a good price, not outstanding quality, but for the price was excellent value, and met my expectations. I was kept informed of despatch and the carrier gave me a timed delivery slot. what's not to like?
I would use them again and I would recommend to friends and family

3 months now and no item.
When we called the Customer service adviser said the address was not verified.
So why then was there no problem taking my bank card number with address & my money.
After the person, she said they then did not have any in stock!
Absolutely disappointing!
Not even refunded my money!
