Be Careful!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful!i!!lill!! Avoid this company at all cost. So rude customer service. They don't explain fully if you ask them something and then if its some problem they will tell you different things what you 've been told before.

Just avoid them at all costs.And one of the team member was scaring me several times to drop the call while I was asking the question about my problem.

Great Prices, Fast Track Delivery, And Amazing Customer Care

I bought Bowers & Wilkins PX7 Over Ear Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones Carbon Edition. The sound was amazing, but within just a year they developed a fault. The electric shop were swift in their reply back to me, reporting the fault to B&W and immediately created a return number under warranty to get them fixed. The outcome was a brand new replacement from B&W, and I chose a differnt model which were slightly less. The electric shop even refunded the difference. Amazing service and prices. I would definately buy from the electric shop again, highly recommend.

Worried At First, Turned Out To Be An Excellent Service

I wanted an particular Siemens high end oven (nearly £1000). Another online shop told me there wouldn't be any available until February. I shopped around and found one 'in stock' at electricshop.com, but was quite sceptical since why would they have an oven which no-one else could get?

I rang through an enquiry and the person I spoke to was really pleasant. This unnerved me since I didn't want to be taken for a ride. I paid and waited and heard nothing back for the rest of the afternoon. I was worried about this too, so I rang, and they sent me an email confirmation which somehow hadn't got through earlier.

They reassured me that they would contact me with a delivery time, asked if I wanted it the next day, and I said yes. The following day, they called ahead and delivered in person from Potters Bar to Oxford, then they lifted the oven into the house for me, which a courier wouldn't usually do.

I hope their business flourishes. They reminded me how good it feels to experience good customer service, which considering the oven was competitively priced too, is very good indeed. The fact that I'm writing the first customer review I've written anywhere for at least a couple of years is testimony to that.

Messed About Over Delivery

Ordered oven, supposedly in stock. First told they'd deliver on 10/9. I was not available then so changed to 11th. This was confirmed but then I got a message saying "at my request" re-scheduled to 16th. Got re-instated to 11th only to get another message again saying at my request it had been moved to 16th. Contacted Electric Shop who said it was with a different delivery company entirely but would definitely be delivered on 17th (vital as I was going on holiday on 18th). Then got a message saying it would be delivered on 16th, re-arranged things to be in for this only to get a message from the delivery company that morning to say it hadn't arrived with them so couldn't be delivered before I went away. Cancelled order, currently waiting for refund.

Avoid At All Cost, The Worst Online Experience Ever!!!!

Absolutely terrible! I had to give them 1 star to write the review, but there should be an option for minus five!

I ordered a cooker from them on 26th Jan 2015 and paid the same day. I was told the estimated date for delivery was the 2nd March!! After 79 days of pure misery constantly ringing and emailing them I never got my cooker. Was so concerned about my money I asked for a refund. Ordered from another online company and it arrived in 2 days! WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

This has been a truly awful order experience. I had to chase you about the order only to find that after a week, it was likely to be another 2 weeks! I got no sense from the call that your company had any intention of informing me of anything.

Now the refund, I cancelled the order and asked for an immediate refund. Did that happen? No. After a week we chase you about that only to find the refund was never processed. The lady in finance who my wife spoke to said she would sort it and call us back. Did that happen? No. She passed the job off to some other ineffectual employee. So we call again and tell you we are staying on the phone until we get our money back.

Truly awful, truly terrible. We will be posting negative reviews far and wide.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.

What A Great Firm

Ordered a Samsung 40" top of the range Tv on Easter Sunday and got it on Wednesday £150 cheaper than Curry's. Wonderful service and a great Tv it makes you wonder how they can do it but why ask questions just keep taking the bargains.

Excellent Value And Very Speedy Service

I ordered two Dimplex tubular heaters on Wednesday evening and they arrived on Friday morning. All was as expected and a brilliant price. The items were fragile so I was concerned re if they would arrive in one piece but I am very pleased.

Avoid Electric Shop. Com And Hi Spek Like The Plague.

After seeing the Samsung UE46D8000 3d tv advertised with £150 cashback offer (from Samsung), I decided to call Electric Shop . com on 31/10/11and place the order. I was sent the TV a few days later along with the Invoice document stating "£150 cashback from Samsung". As directed on their website, I filled out a form and sent it off to samsung with my tv's serial number etc and enclosing a copy of my invoice. A few days later, Samsung contacted me to tell me that my claim was not valid because their promotion didn't start until 1/11/11 and that Electric shop should not have sold the TV as such. Almost four months later and countless emails and telephone calls to both Electric shop.com and Hi spek (sister company),I am being told "its in the process of being sorted out with Samsung (of course it is)- Spoke to Samsung and they tell me that they have had no contact with electric shop.com and that it is not their responsibility as the purchase was made outside the dates of the promotion.

Don't waste your time asking to speak to a manager, they barefaced lie and tell you that they are "out at present" when they are obviously just happy to hide behind "customer services"

I have had to consult the CAB for advice on going forward with Trading Standards.

Electric shop have £150 of my money and don't mind telling porky pies to get yours.

Don't get caught out by these crooks, I won't again.
