Avoid - Misleading Delivery Dates To Get A Sale

Completely misled and let down by the paid for extra cost delivery. The only reason I chose this company over Currys was the next day delivery promise for the same Hotpoint Dishwasher. Not only did they not deliver on Friday as paid for expected they will not deliver until Monday! We had many people staying for a celebration and no Dishwasher so we had to miss some of the celebration washing up! No response from their customer services and the appliance was with their distribution on Thursday so it's not an out of stock issue. Zero responses from them avoid like the plague and use Currys we will not make this mistake again not will our guests buy from these terrible people again.

Worst Retailer On The Internet

This has got to be the worst online retailer I've come across in a very long time.

I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner from them on 2nd December which was apparently in stock at the time and should have been delivered within 5 days. It's now 14 January an there is still no sign of it. I have received no updates and whenever I call, I am told they will get back to me.

Shocking service shocking company. Avoid.

False Promises

I ordered a cooker on Mon 27th June. 3 to 10 days delivery, they would be in touch! After 3 days I phoned them, customer services were friendly and they told me that my cooker would be delivered to their delivery partners the following Tues and this company would contact me with a delivery date and time that same day, so fulfilling their obligation to deliver within 10 days!!!??? But wait it has not been delivered. Tues came and went and I phoned again on Weds to say I had not been contacted. Again friendly on the phone and they said they would contact the delivery company to phone me within the hour. it was considerably longer but I now have a delivery date for Thurs July the 14th this is seventeen days from order date. This is not good enough. I do not live in Siberia but in Wales and this is poor service and does not comply with the statement on their website. I cannot recommend this company if they basically lie to you on their website. Delivery to a delivery company within 10 days does NOT constitute delivery to the customer.

Great Prices And Great Service

After finding the three appliances I was looking for all at good prices I read reviews of the company online, some were quite damming and I hesitated to order. However, I spoke to the person I dealt with in customer services who reassured me that all items were in stock and could be delivered next day as they were delivering in my area. I placed the order the goods arrived the next day as promised-all in excellent order. Delivery guys very pleasant and rang a short while before delivery. I would certainly recommend this company

Total Disgrace - Avoid If You Want To Be Messed About

Another website where I would gladly give NO STARS if I could!

Ordered a Samsung sound base and website confirmed in stock and allowed me to make the order - credit card details accepted and order number supplied. Took 24 hours for them to send an email stating item sold out and order cancelled. Strangely after receiving this email I went back into the site and the item was still available.

I emailed company to ask why it was still available for order and they have not had the courtesy to respond. Therefore make your own mind up but in my opinion a bunch of time wasters with no customer service and just a means to get you to visit their website.

Ironically, on further research, I was able to get the item delivered from another company in 2 days at a lower cost.

Terrible!!!

Do not waste your custom at this online store. I've been waiting nearly a month for a tv to be delivered with no real assurance that it's even still coming as I've had 2 delivery dates were no tv turned up and I've spent a week chasing up over email and phone (never had an answered call in well over 50 attempts) now I have the pleasure of dealing with allied wallet to return my money wich is going to take another 7-10 working days. save yourself the trouble contact Argos reserve the stock you want and collect from store. Probably a very simmilar price, I actually saved a pound for the same model in the end.

Words Can't Describe How Rubbish This Lot Is

Ordered a TV 4 weeks ago and still waiting. They do not contact you, you can never get through to them, they never call you back. Did eventually speak to someone, 3 delivery dates promised and failed to deliver. Contacted there courier who said they don't deliver for these jokers. Now starting the process of getting my money back via my Credit Card Company and reporting this lot to trading standards.

If only I had read these reviews first and stuck with the companies we all know and have had good service from in the past !

Hello there, I'm in the same situation as you, order a TV on the 14th November and it was supposed to arrive on the 28th and now I received an email saying: We have a server down and been unable to send consignments We apologise for delivery delay Delivery 6/12/13 As a gesture of goodwill offer a Free Wall Bracket or Free HDMI Lead for the inconvenience caused. That was sent at 1:00 am so I think its automated.

Thieves..... Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!!

Avoid this company as plague , Waiting 6 weeks for a TV , every time I managed to get hold of them , tells me it's getting despatched tomorrow and will be with me next week. Every time I speak it's the same person so I feel this company must be on it's lat legs and trying to take money before they pack things up.

Got fed up and rang 'allied wallet' to get my money back,they are even worse than that. Allied wallet is the payment gateway for this company. They won't do anything and I think those two companies run this together.

I will have to get my money from my credit card company.

Not even one star worth , Worst online experience ever!!

No Delivery And No Response To Emails/calls

I have just found this area to comment.

I am worried I paid for a tv and payment was confirmed 10 days ago and despite 3 calls (to answer machine ) and 2 emails with no response whatsoever,I am contemplating cancelling and reclaiming money via mastercard protection.

I too wish I had read the reviews before proceeding!

How can companies continue to exist with poor customer service.
