Ordered a new microwave which was delivered very quickly, unfortunately it was faulty (no fault of George Robertson) I contacted them and a replacement was delivered within a very few days and faulty model collected.

I cannot fault this purchase. Also the price was very keen and I will certainly use them again again.

well what can I say.I ordered my speakers on a Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered from south Thursday morning and a lot cheaper than any internet price.The staff were brilliant.Cant fault this shop ,this is the second serf of speakers Ive ordered and they have impressed me both times.This is what a good retail experience should be like.:) Other shops could learn a few lessons from these guys

As always a fast and efficient delivery! Item came as expected and all put in place, no fuss! I never buy electrical equipment from the internet companies as I prefer to have an after sales service that I can rely on and one that is just a genuine telephone call away. Now that the kitchen is 99% complete, its on to the sitting room (finally) where I will be spending an obscene amount of money on..and there will be only One place that I will be doing that at! Ive used George Robertsons for all of my electrical equipment over the last few years and I would have no hesitations recommending them to anyone!!

When a customer coming to the shop for a TV LCD/LED etc. got already some knowledge about thing witch are interesting him, and would like to be serve by a specialist who will help to make right choice.

In this case staff are often know less then customer , things with they know is same as in the leaflet or not even .

Strongly recommend to retrain staff in RTV section , cause I like doing shopping in real shop not only in ebay/amazon etc .

My washing machine was not working, technician came had a look and had it working again in no time, we are going away soon ..The service was very efficient and greatly appreciated. Well Done :)

Great item that has been admired by many. Works fantastically. The price at GR was by far the lowest. Quick delivery of item. Highly recommend.

Helpful and efficient service even though what we were ordering was probably fairly unusual and would have caused problems for many high street chain retailers. Indpendent, local suppliers are often the best option.

From start to finish, the team at George Robertson were there for us. With new all the new technology around, it was good to have someone who was up to speed to talk through our requirements. From positioning of router,optimun entry point for BT cable, usage points for laptops, wiring and speak placement for Sonos music system, the list goes on. They focused on the best way to get what WE wanted. Without them we would not have the clean wireless home we now enjoy, enabling us to access all the benifits that new technology brings. They were also able to provide all our household appliances and entertainment goods at a great price and with a guaranteed after care package.

Good price and good service. Not much else to say. Happily recommended.
