Won’t accept a return because the box the item came in was damaged!! Customer service team rude and unhelpful . Avoid buying from this company they are rouges.
The colour of the unit is substantially lighter than on the pictures so completely useless for my requirements.
Terrible experience would never buy from this company again! Lesson learnt !!!

Appalling Service From Qs Supplies , I Lost £130
Appalling service from this lot. I ordered a soft closing seat for the toilet i purchased. They incorrectly sent me a non-soft closing seat. Only realised their error after fitting. Removed and repackaged the product. QS Supplies would not replace or accept a return because I had fitted the seat ( even though not used). No matter now many conversations I had with them they refused. That's after spending around £6000 with them

Terrible Service - Will Not Honour Warranty - Buy At Your Ow
I purchased a Reina Elvina Designer Towel Rail under the 5 year warranty. A few weeks ago, the radiator starting leaking on the side. The hole is where the faultline is, where the horizontal part is attached to the vertical part.
I reported it to QS Supplies, under the 5 year warranty. They sent a water test kit, which I sent right back. After weeks of waiting and chasing, they finally said there was nothing they could do as the independent lab said too much calcium build up in the boiler. My plumber said that it is a manufacturing defect given where the hole has appeared and their excuse not to honour the warranty is absolute rubbish, as the house was renovated from scratch 3 years ago, there’s a top of the line Worcester Bosch boiler in place that is serviced yearly, I have a softener and there is a descaler underneath the boiler, as well as a Magna Clean Micro 2 magnetic filter from Adey. I also have 4 other radiators in the house with no problems whatsoever, purchased at much lower price than this towel rail.
What's the point of selling a product with 5 year warranty and then not honouring it?! They will just find a reason to deny you your warranty rights.
I now have to spend hundreds on a decent replacement, plumbing fees and new tiling as it is hung on a tiled bathroom wall.
Buy from this company at your own peril!

Bad To Worse
I am not sure what has gone wrong at QS Supplies. They used to be good and respected in the trade but have gone massively down hill in the last few months.
Still waiting on a delivery from 2 weeks ago. They keep booking in days and times then cancelling. Can't get any resolution from their support as they have taken it out of the UK and have to keep talking to UK staff on live chat. Nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Diabolical Rogue Traders - Avoid!
I ordered a Roca bath from these clowns. It arrived scratched so I wanted to return it.
QS Supplies hold no stock of their own, they just act as an intermediary and another supplier will actually supply your goods - if that goes OK, great; but if something is amiss then that is when you are totally screwed becasue they have no interest whatsoever in customer service and you WILL have a fight to get your money back
When you call them you are greeted by people who can barely speak English - Indian/Pakistani accents that are so thick as to be incoherent.
You then get promised that within 48 hours it will be resolved, which sounds great except that they never get back to you.
I have phoned them 4 times over the last 2 weeks and each time to be told it will be resolved within 48 hours, it never is and they never ever contact you back with an update.
I paid via Paypal and Paypal are now investigating.
But avoid the hassle with these ROGUE TRADERS and just do not buy from them in the first place.
You have read this far so you have been warned, don't complain afterwards when you find out what I have told you is 100% fact.

Ordered in early April one simple bathroom item shown in stock. 3 days later got an email to say not in stock until after 1st may at least. Then item turned up around 10th may. The wrong colour was sent. They then said I had to arrange a courier to return and would not send a replacement until it was back with them. That process took 2 weeks only to be told the item was out of stock. As it 1st June after 7 weeks with no product I gave up and asked for a refund. They suddenly said they could send the product the same day. I refused as had ordered from another site by then and they promised to provide a refund immediately. This still has not been refunded as at 17th June. I think the authorities should close the firm down if they cannot improve service levels and selling items they do not have in stock .

What They Don't Tell You & Blackmail
What they don't tell you, they have no stock and they use an Asian call center that sends messages to the UK. The service is appalling, slow, highly inaccurate and they demand £30 for a missed delivery where they failed to keep to the projected delivery schedule. They then blackmail you and refuse to deliver the item unless you pay £30 or they threaten to refund the item less shipping. Please avoid this truly shocking company.

The Worst Buying Experience
I was sent a faulty toilet which leaked and destroyed my new bathroom floor. I was left without a toilet for the bank holiday weekend and the response was amusement on the manager's side.
It has taken a long time to get a partial refund.
If things go well, you may get a nice bathroom for a good price. If things go badly you will find yourself reading emails from different people every few days. They will not allow you to email or speak with anyone who can actually do anything, that is always "a different department".
Look at the percentage of people who would recommend this company!!

Very poor aftercare.
The first thing that appealed to me about this company was the delivery timelines. 10 days maximum it stated, so I booked fitters in for 2 weeks time.
They swiftly emailed stating that some of the items wouldn’t be available for 2-3 weeks, so I had to renogotiate with the fitters (not easy when they have such a queue of work currently).
Fitters have started and some of the items were still due for delivery, some they were still unable to provide me with an exact delivery date.
I have numerous emails telling me the “wall mounted toilet” I had ordered was on its way (I hadn’t ordered wall mounted). Each one I replied to and at first was given a rather shirty reply stating that is what I had ordered. I had to screenshot my receipt to show that was not the case.
When the toilet arrived, box was not damaged in the slightest (they ask you to check state of boxes on delivery). I open in anticipation of seeing a wall mounted toilet. Thankfully it was the toilet I had ordered, however it had a huge crack right through it.
I emailed the company. Their returns policy is for you to arrange pallet collection of the broken item, and they will not issue delivery of the new one until the broken item is received in the warehouse. This took 18 DAYS!! I have now had to stall the fitters at additional expense (they’ve already ripped out the old bathroom at this point), and we can’t get fit in until another 6-8 weeks. Great.
Finally, 6 weeks later we are installing the bathroom, when I open the toilet seat (from its pristine box) and find a huge crack in that too. This was delivered on the same pallet as the toilet.
The company declined to replace this due to the length of time since delivery, even though the pallet had clearly been bashed about during delivery. Plus, the very reason it’s been so long since delivery is due to their prior failings.
I have called to discuss this with them and they were, quite frankly, rude.
I won’t be using their services again. The stress it’s caused and being without a bathroom for 8 weeks is just not worth it.
