Not A Nice People To Deal With Abusive & Rude
The advisor was very abusive and rude to me and my wife couple of occasions
never deal with them again period, I bought Popcorn hour C300 network player a while back from this company, item arrived with tatty box and player has got dent on the top and dead on arrival no power to the device
I have reported to customer service rep he said we will replace with another one and sure enough it arrived next day, also they have taken other faulty and dented one back to shop, couple days later I have received phone call from him regarding the faulty player I have send back, he was abusive and rude over the phone he accused me I have damaged to this player!! I have dealt with this company since 2008 and spend thousand £ and now how treat me like a fool
not happy with this accusation, I felt like a criminal
Avoid If You Want To Receive What You Order
I had very poor service - these people cancelled my order without justification and refused to accept any fault. I was starting to wonder why my order was taking so long to be delivered when I got an email cancelling it. Initially they said this was because my address was not confirmed on Paypal - not true (and I've had plenty of Paypal orders delivered here). Then they changed tack and said it was because the address was a residential address - again not true. They asked me to send a screenshot of myself logged in to Paypal account - bizarre and very dubious. Even after all this they refused to see any problems in their procedures or how they might learn from this. I certainly couldn't recommend them, plenty of good websites selling the same stuff out there.

Advanced Mp3 Players Are Probably Ok If Everything
Advanced Mp3 Players are probably ok if everything goes well, but if something goes wrong, their returns and queries process is painfully slow.
I bought something from them which went wrong, and it took them months to sort it out.
Eventually got a refund (minus the delivery costs), but on balance, I will be going elsewhere for electrical products in the future.
