1/4 of customers do not get their batteries and receive no communications.

Check all review sites. They advertise cheap, which we all want, right, but they are clearly making a profit by not supplying the batteries their site says are in stock. Untrustworthy.

Think again.  Go elsewhere.

Avoid this business. Did not deliver my batteries and will only respond with the same meaningless message. Am in the process of trying to get my money back. Should have zero stars.

I am so annoyed with them that I am going to do everything I can to get even. Imagine paying for something and not receiving it only to be told that they sent it sometime ago. 

Ordered a battery from bestbattery.biz and it was delivered in good time, I was not sure which item to purchase but the sales person was very kind and gave me all the information I needed.

I ordered a replacement battery for my phone on-line but the wrong battery arrived.

I contacted their customer service team who admitted their mistake and sent the correct battery.

There was no hassle, just prompt action to correct the error.

The correct battery arrived today, it fits perfectly and the phone is working well.

I returned the wrong battery even though it was not requested.

I ordered a battery for my TomTom but realized that my TomTom was completely dead soon thereafter BestBattery.biz staff quickly responded to my request to cancel the order with no fuss and my money was refunded without delay.

That's not what you get everywhere, so I am very impressed.

it was my fault that I was sent the wrong battery, I ordered the wrong battery but the company was quick to help and exchange with the one I needed (I did pay for the return postage)
