You've Been Warned
I ordered a suitcase with a Wowcher code and the package arrived really quickly - but it wasn't the item I ordered. This was in May and since then communucation with this company has been dire. I'm not kidding, I think they employ sloths in their Custoner Servuce Department. I've asked several times for their complaints procedure but he doesn't seem to kniw what that is. I have now given up, life's too short to have any dealings with these guys. Shop elsewhere!

Would Recommend - To Avoid!
I purchased suitcases through a wowcher and initially, I was happy. However, one of the suitcases was the wrong colour - they sent me a purple case instead of a rose gold one. I've been going back and forth with them by email for a month, sending countless photos to confirm the error. I'm not color-blind!
Today, I've given up hope of getting this resolved. Instead, I'm going to write reviews about the terrible customer service and the fact that the case zips broke after just one use (and no, we didn't overpack them).
I guess there's a reason why they were cheaper than in the shops.

Garden Furniture Missing Pieces
Ordered garden furniture from wowcher only for it to arrive with no back legs for the chairs and the 2 seater chair. Only one email address supplied and not much can be found online from the company. We pay alot of money to be shammed off with furniture that cannot be built.
Wowcher Deal Gone Wrong
I ordered two garden loungers through Wowcher. My fault, I didn’t realise I had to further action the voucher and only remembered about it a couple of days after it expired. I have twice emailed Chimp online and had no response. I paid £53.99 in total and have nothing to show for it.

Two Chairs And A Table - Chimp Online Via Wowcher
The packaging was damaged on arrival. The contents were also damaged including scratches to the chairs and table, revealing rust on one of the table legs. Very disappointing, made worse by no response to my emails to Chimp Online. I am hoping Wowcher can resolve this. This is a lesson learnt in buying online and not to do it.

Poor Quality Item. Poor Customer Service. Never Again!
Bought 2 reclining garden chairs via Wowcher. Came with scratches, rust, dents, missing foot protector & broken plastic arm rest. Immediately emailed chimp-online and had no response so got into with Wowcher and after about 7-10 days I have received a full refund. I’m now waiting to find out what to do with the chairs! Wowcher were efficient & Inwould use them again but I will never use Chimp-online again. Absolute rubbish in every aspect going.

Useless And Incompetent
I have ordered a Bluetooth Headset twice now through the Go Groopie website only for it not to be delivered within the 2-3 weeks they allow themselves. So having allowed sufficient time I chased the order and expressly asked that it be fulfilled and not cancelled.
However, on each occasion the first and only response from these people was to cancel the order.
They have the right name at least because thay are a buncg of monkeys who cannot fulfill a simple order.
The worst customer service I have ever received and I urge everyone to stay well clear of these idiots and look for alternatives elsewhere.

Do not buy anything from this company. I redeemed a voucher from Wowcha for 300 solar fairy lights first off the products did not arrive (later on I found that they were using Yodel so of course that would be a problem) I tried to ring them, but all you receive is a BT answer phone. Then I contacted WOWCHA regarding them and basically got asked to email them. What a carry on. I explained how many times that the products had not arrived and I requested a full refund. I must have said this 4 times. They then decided to completely ignore my request and stated that they had resend the product. By now I had done what I should of which is search the internet to see reviews. Obviously the quality control department at WOWOCHA is not doing it's job as there are loads of reviews about this so-called company-all saying the same thing. Anyway, eventually the product that I did not want came. What a piece of rubbish, if I had built it myself I could have done a better job. The hassle that has been caused by this is quite unbelievable. Please save yourself the hassle, do not waste your hard earned cash here.

Appalling Service All Round
Bought a pair of headphones as a Christmas present last year for my chair-bound father. The feed to one channel failed during this year but Chimp electronics claim the is only a 6 months warranty on their products and refused a refund or a replacement, or a repair - I thought all electronic items had a statutory 12 months guarantee - clearly they don’t have the confidence that their products are of sufficient quality for them to last in excess of six months – an atrocious company, avoid at all costs!

Bought 2x string of 300 fairy lights through Wowcher which did not arrive, emailed to cancel my order and return my money, they took it upon themselves to resend the item.
Emailed them as i wanted to send the items back-no clear returns policy - so much hassle I kept the lights and now one set does not work!!
I had my doubts about this company which have only been proved to be true.
There is no contact number to be able to speak to any human being
Never will i use this company or wowcher again!

I've got a 9" chimp tablet but seem to be locked out of it. Any ideas how I can reset it? Tried the reset button and still asking for a password, which it won't accept.
How do I charge Chimp twistable headphones? When they are connected to the computer and switched on a blue light appears, but they don't seem to charge.

I bought a 9" tablet from Chimp Electronics using a Wowcher and ended up returning it within the same week. I used a guaranteed next day delivery and have proof that they received it. It's been a week and I've emailed several times (Wowcher and Chimp) for an update regarding my refund and I'm being ignored.
How do I take the matter further? Does anyone else have any advice?

Bought a chimp tablet less than 1 month ago. It only seems to work when plugged in charging. The charge is at 100% but as soon as the power cable is unplugged the device switches off. Any ideas?
My son put a pattern password on his iPad an we can't get into it. How can I reset it or access the iPad somehow?
I have just purchased a set of Chimp Go Sports headphones and I believe I have charged them correctly (LED was red and then blue but as soon as I remove the charging cable, the LED goes off and holding any of the 3 (advance, play/hold and back) buttons for 3 secs doesn't power up the headphones. The 'instructions' card in the pack mentions a 'blue tooth' button but all I have is the 3 buttons above. Can you help please?

I am trying to play Kabam's Dragons of Atlantis but my Chimp keeps crashing every couple of minutes, sometimes going straight into a reboot. It's also very, very slow. Is there anything I can do to fix either or both of these issues?
