Purchased a graded LG 3D TV from them, advertised as having a black cloudy mark which looked reasonable from the pictures so decided to go for it (can't buy new 3D TVs anyway). When it was delivered it also had a scratch straight in the middle of the screen and a red "bleeding" in the lower right part of the screen. Advertised as having 1 issue, had 2 more separate issues. Have had to email pictures 3 times for them to arrange collection (which they haven't as of yet).

Decided to risk it (lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place, right?) and while waiting for collection of the first TV to try a second 3D TV from them. This one was a Sony 3D TV, a bit smaller than the first but was listed as Grade A, screen in "pristine condition" (according to their website description), and according to the email support team described "as new". Second TV came and has two scratched areas, so even more than the first graded TV.

Two TVs, neither listed with scratches, both arrived with scratches. Either their inspection technicians are visually impaired, their couriers have no experience with handling TVs, or their business model is to sell TVs with scratched screens hoping people won't notice or be thwarted by the return process.

Please avoid.

Electronicworldtv are an appalling company. They sell you broken and not fit for purpose electrical products and then do not give you a refund or even fix the faulty item! They do not answer e-mails & when you get them on the phone they just fob you off and never call back like they promise! Ive had to threaten legal action before i could get my money back! Even then it was months before they paid up! Avoid this outfit like the plague
