Purchased a range cooker which unfortunately had a number of issues which ultimately led to the cooker being returned.

I have to say throughout this whole process the team at Elek Direct were fantastic! They reassured me from the beginning that there was not an issue in returning the cooker for a full refund.

I would definitely purchase from them again as their customer service skills are a credit to the organisation.

Purchased the oven from ELEKDIRECT last November via their Ebay site, oven was installed and the back left hand ring was faulty, repaired under warranty, oven had very little use over Christmas and January, main oven failed to work begining of February, engineer out repaired again, Four weeks later yet again main oven failed to work, engineer out again (08/04/15) told we were to have it repaired again, Three faults in Five months do not think we are being unreasonable to ask ELEKDIRECT for a total refund, all they have offered to do is to communicate with manufacturer on our behalf, only option left is to go to small claims court, oh dear dear how unpleasent a situation to find yourself in.
