I needed a replacement battery for my big button phone and I needed it fast! Hols coming up and a failed battery. I ordered on the Thursday lunchtime and the new battery was with me the next day.

Needed a replacement cart charger for my samsung phone as mine old one had packed in. Ordered at midday and the new one arrived the next morning.

Problem solved a lot more easily than I thought. Great service.

This company steals from customers, you will not recieved a refund. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 2 batteries for my rather obscure phone and was amazed when they arrived the next day. No one else had this stock. Very pleased. They have certainly improved a lot over the last few years.

Needed a new battery for my Samsung VERY urgently. I ordered about 3.30 in the aft and was staggered when it arrived the next morning. Excellent service.

Ordered a hands free kit for my phone from Flatbatt, they sent the wrong one. Emailed them three times but with no reply. This lack of service is disgusting

Ordered a sat nav charger from Flatbatt; when it didnt arrive after a month i emailed them, i got no reply. Do not use this site.

Tried to email. The automated email responses said to use their online email system, that only opens outlook express to send itself thus sending me a 'use our online email system' email again. No answer to calls, no delivery. Credit card chargeback done.
