Not An Honourable Company - Avoid
Bought 2 Asus Zenfone 4's, which turned out to be faulty (camera autofocus failed within 2 months of purchase.
Was offered refund or exchange over the phone, and opted for the refund as I had no confidence in the product having been let down at a critical non repeatable time.
Return process worked fine with DPD return handled efficiently - and that's where the commercial wheels fell off!!
I was then told that there would be a 15% "re-stocking charge" if I wanted my refund!! I had to move forward, so had no real choice but to accept since they had both my phones and my money.
The company engages in sharp practice, and frankly I would discourage anyone from buying from a company who choose to put you in a no win position and refused to honour the offer made initially.

The Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With - No Competition
I had the misfortune to purchase a NEW top of the range Toshiba laptop from this company.
Within one month, yes I had not even paid the credit card company that I used, the machine died completely, no power.
I contacted them but because it was more than 14 days since I purchased it, they refused to deal with me and just sent me a telephone number for Toshiba. An outdated one that didn't work by the way.
Absolutely awful.
In the end I just gave up with them and took the machine to a local company who fixed it for me. An extra cost of course.
In summary - don't touch this company with a barge pole. I am not convinced by a long way that there "NEW" machines are actually as described.
I actually think their 14 day warranty is illegal but hey ho
