Wish I Read These Reviews Before Buying

wish i read these reviews before buying b650e aorus master from them, this will randomly go black screen and bios code reader going blank, i've contacted them about the issue and sent this back, the motherboard was tested by them and they said its 100% working but i need to be careful on memory i use as they were getting errors 64gb config i had and recommended trying different kit which i accepted so got the motherboard back and tried couple other sticks from friends and same problem on receiving, then i tried series of other PSU's my Corsair HX1200i, HX1200, EVGA 1000 GQ, Zalman Wattera 1200 gold and all were crashing instantly, then tried an old PSU i had Kolink kl-1000m and that was working more stable had no issues testing for half an hour whereas others were crashing instantly, note that all above PSU's tested and worked with no issues with x570s aorus master + 5950x and B650 aorus pro ax with exactly same config i tried on b650e master so its the motherboard faulty. i've sent this back to them for a refund this time and they stay quiet... really had good impression at first when had couple purchases with no faults including b650 aorus pro ax worked flawless for months but once you get an issue then you're on your own...

I got tricked by this place. Looks like I'm not alone. I recommend you buy elsewhere.

What may happen to you:

- Your order gets shipped but magically returns before they attempt delivery.

- Your order never gets dispatched.

- You receive a different item.

- You receive the item, but it's been used.

Many people mention getting wrong items and having to pay around £40-50 total for an exchange. If you can find the item for £50 elsewhere, you can save yourself some headache.

Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. If something breaks, don't expect them to honour your warranty.

Trusted And Fast Delivery

Don't go for negative review. These guys do a great job dispatching orders at great price. Customer service might be slow but not worse.

Buy with confidence, don't focus on -ve reviews.

Thanks!

Please Save Your Head And Heart And Stay Far Away!

Stay far away from this horror company they dont answer their phone or their live chat, for 1 hour now I been trying to get in touch with them to see why my order is still Processing after 2 days.

Edit after 1 hour they answer the phone and said my order will be with me Tomorrow, if that's the case i will be back here and change it to 3 stars at least if everything is ok.

edit after all the headache i went through, the motherboard still works and i wish they would become more professional so people would purchase from them again.

Edit 2 - 29th December: the Motherboard Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master turned out to have a fault where it can't handle AVX workloads so I sent the motherboard back to them and they received it on the 23rd of December, I haven't received a confirmation that they recieved the motherboard so i gave them a call on the 28th December and the guy that always answers the phone said that only the warehouse is open and that they will have all the staff return on the 3rd of January. I have everything recorded and even recorded when he lied about my item is already shipped because i wanted to cancel my order after reading all the negative reviews and how unprofessional they are on the phone, I contacted direct the company they use to sent the item out for shipping to DPD and they confirmed that the item hasn't been shipped out.

I could take this company to court but i hope they don't waste my time more and refund my money as soon as possible because this fault with the motherboard is well known even buildzoid AKA Actually Hardware Overclocking YouTube channel guy had the exact same issue with his Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master but he said Gigabyte sent him another one and that worked fine.

Edit 9th January 2023: not only have they broken the 14 day refund law but now they claim there's nothing wrong with the motherboard and want to trick me even more by paying their fake test they did 20£ and another 10£ for them to deliver the faulty motherboard to me again.

they have left me no choice but to take this case Obudsman services

.

I spent 130£ over my limit to buy another more expensive brand and made sure i only buy tech stuff from Amazon just so i don't get to experience the headaches and heartaches TechNextDay has put me through.

Luckily enough this new motherboard from Amazon everything works perfect.

But now more headache and heartaches chasing my money from this horrible TechNextDay company.

Reselling 'refurbished' and faulty goods. No customer service skills. TECHNEXTDAY, Alphabetpc, Baanja and Ebuysave are all linked, avoid.

Dodgy Dropshipping Company

Having waited all day I found out an item I had ordered, a £300 motherboard, was not arriving contrary to what TechNextDay said in their invoice and confirmation email. The date was December 21, 2021. In transpired the company also failed to provide sufficient details to the delivery company, DPD, resulting in a further two days wasted and then still no item. (So a total of three days in Christmas week, wasted.)

Having requested a refund, (December 24), seemingly the only person who works for the business claimed that I need to wait until the motherboard arrives back at the "warehouse" and then they will process my refund—in the new year.

On 29 December, DPD confirmed the returned motherboard has been successfully returned to sender, confirmed as signed for at 9.03am, on December 29, by a Wallace. Albeit at a SEPARATE business known as 'ViP Computer Centre Ltd' (not, TechNextDay (ltd). Seemingly, the businesses' work together; however, at best Tech nextDay does not hold stock despite what they imply. This raises the chances you will have problems with this company.

However, having spoken to the person I dealt with (29 December) he stated he could not refund until the item was returned. I was ready for him, and confirmed it had been received, earlier that morning, some 9 hours ago. Yet, despite having all his basis' debunked, he still refused to refund.

Clearly, this is an ongoing matter. The company has no right to keep my money and have messed me about since the December 20—almost 10 days. All excuses from the person at TechNextDay. I've never had any motherboard, ever, yet was made to wait for no reason/cause. I understand they've since received said motherboard back, there's no risk that can attribute to me, or at all; and he is still making excuses not to give me my money back.

Pretty Dodgy, Won't Be Buying From Here Again

Before purchasing my product, I found Technextday on uk.pcpartpicker. The low price of the product was quite attractive. However, please don't let the price attract you. The service alongside the product you get is not worth your money and stress.

I made the mistake of buying the product before reading reviews etc online. After purchasing the product, I did not receive an estimated delivery date. I emailed them and did not get a reply. Although they are literally called 'technextday', my product arrived 4 days after purchase. When my product did arrive, the exterior packaging looked amateur and rushed. It was stuffed poorly with half delated large bubble wrap.

I would definitely spend the extra £3-£5 on another, more reputable website. This dodgy, lack of communication and effort service is not worth the cheaper price - it literally got to the point where I thought I just simply would not get my product sent to me.

Cheap Petty Service

Next to non-existent I would say – very straight forward... Lucky if the purchased product serves well. If not for whatever reason within a warranty time – they would find every excuse to walk away. They were cheap to buy, they were cheap and petty to deal with when there was a problem. I would rather avoid them altogether even if buying a reputable brand if there is no significant difference in price in comparison with expansys and amazon alike.
