The customer service in this company is a joke. Their descriptions, pictures are confusing. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company

Item not delivered after ordered and paid.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, not apologetic at all.

Aweful company who refused to issue me a refund on an entirely unopened product that I tried to return immediately. They claimed it was a business transaction and so refused, even though it wasn’t. So I’m left with a product I can’t use. Their customer service is rude and entirely too nhelpful. I never leave reviews but am leaving one everywhere for this terrible company as I don’t want others to suffer the same as me or any of the other myriad of problems I’ve read about since. Avoid like the plague!

Avoid this company at all costs! Sorry to leave a bad review, I rarely do, but the treatment from this company forced me to. I placed the order for a tv, they took the money, marked as dispatched, then as delivered. I searched high and low, checked with neighbours, and there was no tv. Called the office, they said that it has been dispatched, could I check, they would also check. Had no reply! Called again, they mentioned they would check with the warehouse. No reply! Yes pattern developing. Called again, to be told it hadn't been sent, and they had no tvs, no apology! They offered an inferior tv as a replacement, bit cheeky! Took ages for a refund as well. No offer of compensation for error or inconvenience caused. So please avoid, bad service, bad communication, bad all over. Sorry, but it's the way it is.

Bought a laptop online and made card payment. 24hrs later told not in stock and no alternative so they would refund my money. GREAT now I must wait 3-7 days to get my money back because tekshop take your money first then check if they have it in stock later !!!

Delivery was very prompt but is you wish to deal with a company who take as pride in their after sales then tekshop247 are an abject failure at this important aspect of online shopping. After 2 months and a number of emails from myself they replied to my latest one where I politely asked: Needles to say I do not expect a reply or replacement hence this review!

Called tekshop247 before ordering.Spoke to a helpful gentlemen and placed order online. Delivery arrived next day.

Website is not easy to navigate.I search for the tv using the model number. Price was cheaper then other retailers online.

i got the TV registered with samsung sameday.Cant fault the service from tekshop247.

Will use again in the future.

Purchased a Toshiba POS unit. Tried to return faulty unit for repair and they lost it. Asked for refund and now struggling to get monies returned. Whole process has been going on for 4 months at least!!

Ordered the onkyo ht4305 ot 4:30 monday - arrived at 8:34 tuesday morning - in Onkyou original packaging unopened. Excellt bit of kit at a great price - was £20 cheaper than other internet prices and £125 cheaper than most high street prices I could find.

The reciever and speakers were as expected and now can connect all my sources with great control only thing that was a little surprising was the size of the subwoofer :-) a little larger than expected.

Only suggestion would have been better tracking/despatch information - it was here and installed before I had an email saying it was despatched just as well I was here :-)
