You Can Get Your Money Back
Don't despair if you have bought from them like I did. Item not in stock is their standard phrase, after that you get nowhere including no money back. I took them to the Small claims court and whilst I had an initial outlay I got my money back with interest and also the outlay to take proceedings against them. Log onto MCOL and follow their guidelines it really is quite easy. Best of Luck

If Only I Could Give No Stars!
On July 2nd 2013, I ordered a Logitech Mouse from them and was quoted 7-9 working days for delivery but of course, when nothing arrived I phoned the company on July 16th and they promised to check what was happening to the order. The next day, I received an email stating that it would take a further 7-9 working days to receive my order and 46 seconds later another email quoting 10-14 days. In both cases there was no explanation whatsoever for the further delays.
I called them again the next day and asked for a proper explanation and none was forthcoming other than some gibberish about the mouse coming from a German warehouse.
I next Googled this company and discovered this article and immediately called them to cancel my order. The member of staff I spoke to suggested that the refund might take up to 30 days but I told him that was complete rubbish – they took the money out of my bank account quick enough – and I gave them until today to refund the money, but they haven’t and so I will be reporting this to Watchdog, Birmingham Trading Standards, etc.
In summary:
1. The company are rubbish
2. They already have stock emails that they send to aggrieved customers but say nothing of any value
3. in all probability the company is in default to its own creditors.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Trust Pilot is another site that has reports from many more people who have suffered at the hands of WAE+.
They have now has taken to reporting others' comments to get them removed.
One wonders at what point they will finally feel the long arm of the law but in the meantime, I hope that everyone affected will go out of their way to make sure that WAE+ receives as much negative publicity as possible.
I have now reported them to Birmingham Trading Standards who were very interested in what I had to say and responded instantly. My bank was appalled and has started a charge-back for my money and I have also reported them on the BBC's Watchdog web site and urge everyone here to do the same.
This is an obvious story for Rogue Traders.

Very attractive prices, but shoddy business practices. I ordered something which was shown as in stock. During the order process, I was told I could upgrade my delivery from 10 days by calling. I called and was told no such upgrade was possible. 16 days later I called to query where my goods were (the online tracking still showed an estimated delivery date in the past), and was told that "10 days" meant "10 business days" and that they didn't know when delivery would be and could be up to another 7 days. On pushing, they admitted this is "7 business days". Since they were already over 1c0 business days, I cancelled my order. I was told that a refund would take 30 days. Somewhat surprised because, of course, original payment had only taken 30 seconds. Funny that. Now we are 40 days after cancellation and my refund still hasn't been processed in contravention of their contract and the Distance Selling Regulations. So they have been sitting on £130 of my money now for approaching 2 months without supplying any goods. I ended up buying the goods for £5 from another retailer who delivered the next day despite me only ordering at 5pm. My advice: avoid WAE+ like the plague.

Ordered Item On 11/3/2013 Paid By Bank Transfer (
Ordered item on 11/3/2013 paid by bank transfer ( yes, I know!!), on 19/3/2013 was told they had no stock so requested a refund. Was told it would take up to 30 days.
120 days later and after 10 phone calls and 12 emails I still have no refund.
Sent a letter before action 3 weeks ago.... still no response. I intend to broadcast it as loud as I can AVOID THEM.
Am unable to leave a review on their site without giving a positive rating and they have blocked lots of reviews which obviously were bad!
Any good reviews are totally untrue, how do they keep getting away with stealing customers money?!?
I blame myself for not researching this outfit first .......NEVER AGAIN!
They Lie About Stock
I ordered a phone last week that was listed as "in stock" as I needed it quickly. After paying for the phone I was given a delivery date of 13 days hence!! How can a phone that's listed as in stock take 13 days to deliver when you've paid for quick postage? I could walk there and get it in a fraction of the time. Luckily I paid by credit card and will start a dispute if it doesn't arrive on the date they've quoted as I've had to order the same model from Expansys as I need the phone NOW.
If the WAE+ phone arrives in the time they've quoted I'll sell it on on ebay and shouldn't lose anything as it was a good price for the phone.
Now I've read the reviews I don't have much faith in it arriving and the thought of waiting 30 days for a refund......think I'll let mastercard duke it out with WAE+ instead of fighting them myself.

No Problems At All
I ordered a Sony NEX3-NL camera which it said the camera was in stock. It was free delivery UK spec and the best price on the web. Free delivery was 3 to 5 working days. I ordered the camera on 23/4/13 at 5:00pm, it arrived 1 working day after the delivery time given.
The camera was exactly what it stated in the description and I was totally happy with the service given. Tracking information was complete, clear and accurate.
I expect they do a lot of business and things can go wrong, sometimes product availability may be a problem. I also think that usually people write a review when things go wrong, rather than right.
So great service for my order and I would happily use them again.
But I do accept that they appeared to have ceased trading last year September 2013. However, when they were in business, I had no problems with my order.
I am a genuine customer, I can only speak as I find. I had absolutely no problems as all with my order. I still have the camera, it still works well and it's not a grey import, because it's registered with Sony all no problem. Your statEment about do not be fooled, implies that I am lying or in some way a shill for the company, rather than a genuine review. I am a bona fide purchaser and happy with the service I received.
Do not be fooled by this review, the company cannot be trusted and should be forced out of business for unscrupulous trading. Just take a look at other people's experience before giving 5 stars to them.
Too Scared To Mug People On The Street So They Do It Online
1. Listed item as 'In Stock' at time of purchase.
2. Item was in fact NOT IN STOCK at time of purchase.
3. Cancelled order and they tried to convince me item would arrive 'soon'
4. Went ahead and cancelled after reading a few reviews!
5. They charge you instantly but it takes 30 DAYS for refund.
6. Email customer service is 'automated'.
7. Unsuccessful attempts to get through by phone.
8. Still waiting for refund.
9. Their good reviews on Feefo and other review sights are VERY POSSIBLY made via false shill accounts*
10.They have been investigated by the guardian paper twice.

Look guys - do not buy from this "business".
Initially they coax you to pay by direct bank transfer for a small discount.
The consequence of doing this is that there is no Visa or other audit trail.
You will not get your goods. Telephone calls will be answered, initially at least, politely but the weeks and months will go by and your goods will not arrive.
Forget refund rights because, with this outfit, you are not a customer but rather a 'mark'.
I lost only £20. Can't complain too much or lose too much sleep for £20. I regard it as a tax on my own stupidity for trusting this company.
Taking my money without providing goods - taking money and using it as income - is something that may have mileage as a complaint made to the right place. Think about it - have you ever heard of a reputable company that offers direct bank transfer payments in to an anonymous bank account with no attempt to provide goods?
In my case they claim that the goods were shipped - the order was 'closed'!
Avoid. At all costs - avoid.
Mobile Phone.
Ordered a mobile phone, havn't had phone nor can't get my money back. Don't touch with a barge pole.They want stopping, and quick.

They took my money and didn't send the product.
Dont use this company as you wont get your goods, They lie to you over the phone and tell you its coming and all they do is delays you, 2 months later and still no camera or refund.
