Townhouse Difficulty

I found this company online. I ordered a bouquet for my niece to be delivered today. I received a phone call from the store clerk, asking what her townhouse unit was. I didn't know it but I did give the flower shop clerk my niece's phone number. She said she would take care of it. 1 hour later I got a call from one of their drivers, telling me that they couldn't deliver the bouquet today and that they would deliver tomorrow and that I owned them ANOTHER $14.00!!! I have no choice but to accept but I did inform them that this is not MY fault, it's theirs because I gave them ALL the info they asked for. So, I will not remove this post until my $14.00 is refunded!

Lost Order

I bought Brew & biscotti, it should have been a birthday present for my sister.

Canada Flowers lost my order and do not return the money to me within a week already, I call every day, and I get the answer: "Canada post delivered the parcel at the wrong address, we will find out."

They destroyed birthday for me and my sister!

I am very sorry that I used their services!

Will Cancel Your Order Without Telling You

They canceled my order because they couldn’t ship to my area, which is fine. But why doesn’t their site not allow all areas or cancel right away. Not cancel on day of delivery without any notification, my credit card told me before, not them.

Don't Bother Getting Anything Here

Absolutely awful service. You will not receive what you picked out AT ALL. Not even the same colours, let alone the same flowers listed. Overpriced and you'll receive a bouquet you could have spent $30 on at a shop. Don't even bother with them. Shop anywhere else

The Worst Service Do Not Order For This Company

I ordered flowers for niece graduation and I incorrectly provided the wrong number for the address, when we realized my niece went next door to retrieve the flowers and the flowers weren’t there. I contact Canada flowers and they sent me a picture of the flowers at another location and my niece scouted the street and couldn’t find, I asked Canada flowers to send me the address where it was delivered in a picture and they didn’t so I asked for a refund and they are not issuing one saying they did deliver the flowers, but they won’t admit it’s the wrong address. I will never order from this company again, worst service.

My niece didn’t get her flowers for her graduation.

Not What They Advertise! Highly Disappointed With Cs Dept.

Their efforts are disgusting. Customer service doesn't care at all!

Do not believe their flower arrangements!!

Do not trust to deliver what they show! If you use. ask loved one/relative to send pictures.

My arrangement would have been better if picked dandelion's from garden!

Garbage, will NEVER use again.

Hassle Free And Very Easy Experience!

I have been ordering from Canadian Flowers for years. It is such an easy website to navigate through and order from. The prices are realistic for what you are getting and you can choose the date of delivery at the end which makes it completely tailored to what works best for us as a client. Once the order is reviewed and placed I get an email confirmation for my records as well. If I have any questions or inquiries customer service is great. I have continued to be impressed with how up to date this company is and how much they value customers! It’s a rare thing nowadays.

I would highly recommend this company! As I said, I have been using them for years for all types of occasions.

Terrible Bouquet And Untrue - Avoid

Bouquet looks nothing like what I bought on their website. I received two emails RIGHT after purchase: 1 to say they couldn't deliver on the day I picked, 2nd email was to tell me they didn't have most of the flowers in the photo. I contacted them to make sure it would at least be the size/volume I saw on their website, to which they said yes. All untrue. A $90 bouquet had a total of two roses and about 6 other flowers. AVOID this place and go direct to a local flower shop. This company shouldn't exist.

Do Not Use This Florist. Terrible Customer Service.

I would strongly discourage you from using Canada Flowers if the flowers you are sending are for a significant or important event. Canada Flowers claims to care about customer satisfaction but this is far from what I have experienced. For the 2nd time, they have failed to deliver my order on the agreed upon day. This happened for my daughter's high school graduation when the flowers just weren't delivered and the order was cancelled and then more recently when I ordered flowers for a birthday celebration. In this instance they delivered the flowers 2 days early because of impending weather forecast for the day BEFORE the party. They did this on a Thursday at 1:30 in the afternoon, 2.5 days early without my okay which I would not have given. They didn't even leave a voice mail letting me know this was happening. The flowers were delivered 50+ hours early! Extremely disappointing and I was insultingly offered a $14 refund. All other businesses were opened on the day of the party and I would just have used another florist. With no help from customer support, I even appealed to the owner of Canada Flowers the day before the event for a refund so I could buy new flowers but after a week he has not even responded.
