I ordered some cake for my wife on valentines day. I did this 3 am swedish time, which is 10 am chinese time. I waited for 10 hours and no delivery. I tried calling a representative, I tried chatting, I tried skype, but no reply anywhere. I finally reached a representative on email. They said they mailed me a confirmation saying they can't send a cake today, but they can change my order to flowers on the same day. I did not recieve this email and now it's to late to deliver the same day. I do not recommend this site, my wife did not recieve any gift this day. I am very disappointed and unhappy.
