Avoid At All Costs

Awful company, terrible service. Arrived a day late saying that date selection is kind of a guide which is laughable. Also I ordered a bouquet of roses they sent a flower bouquet of some cheap random red flower and said can replace flowers if they want. At least ask the customer first. Customer service is none existent. Avoid at all cost.

Rubbish Flowers

Absolutelly horrible flowers, poor and dissapointing, I have sent them to my sister as a sympathy gesture and was very embarrassing. I would buy much better flowers at the supirmarket for same price , total waist of money

Dead Roses In Bpuquet

decided to give Delightful Bouquets a try to cheer up.my daughter who had a sport injury. ordered the flowers on a Thursday for next day delivery. When I asked my daughter for her feedback on the Friday, she said quite a few of the white roses had to be thrown out as they arrived with drooped heads. What a disappointment! I emailed the company straightaway with a photo but have yet to receive a reply.

Terrible Don't Waste Your Money. Go To The Supermarket.

I ordered 4 bouquets as wedding Thank you gifts. They arrived on said day in sturdy boxes. But when I opened them I was extremely disappointed at the lack of flowers and that they were nothing like the pictures. They were also droopy and dry. I sent images of the Flowers to the company and a comparison of what they advertised. They told me this was correct what I received! I told the they were shocking and an utter disgrace. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Better value in the supermarket! Which is what I ended up doing. I wish I could add photos of the shocking order.

Funeral Flowers

I ordered a spray of carnations for a family funeral which I was unable to attend due to work and distance, (300 miles). I ordered well in advance, over a week. They phoned me on the morning of the funeral and said they couldn't do it today !! They offered the next day, and blamed Royal mail. I was furious to put it mildly. They were completely unsympathetic. They offered no alternatives, just a refund. Absolutely shocking service. I was so upset. Luckily I managed to find a florist at the location of the funeral who were able to help me, but they should have done that !! Avoid this company at all costs.

Mothers Day Flowers Arrived The Following Wednesday!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter for mother's day and they arrived the following Wednesday.

The company are asking for a photo of the flowers and when I pointed out it was the delivery I was complaining about they say its company policy to have a photo to refund!!

Avoid !!!

This company will take your money, not deliver your flowers on time and when they are delivered (5 days late!!), they are not what you ordered. I ordered a large bouquet and my mum received some dried out carnations with spray 5 days AFTER she should have received them. Customer Services ignored 3 emails and phone calls to them are cut off before you get through and no refunds. Shockingly bad company. SHAM!

Mothers Day Swizz

Paid for flowers on 12th March for Mother’s Day including an increased amount for tracked delivery - No flowers arrived Mother’s Day, and multiple phone calls all unanswered, also no response to emails.

Have requested call back of funds through credit card provider, but I can’t warn enough to avoid this sham of a company.

Absolutely Disgusting!

3 days late, a bunch of very wilted pathetic looking flowers arrived. The flowers were completely different to those ordered and now emails will not deliver to the address given so complaints cannot be made. Dreadful company!!!

Zero Stars.....sham!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered for Mother's day gift, delivery date 18/3/23..... no delivery and no response to emails. Finally delivered 22/3/23, even though I requested cancellation due to not arriving for Mother's day. Ordered a large sunshine yellow bouquet..... pitiful looking bunch with not a yellow flower to be seen!!! Do not order from here, images do not represent the actual products and customer service is non existent!!

Update!!!

Finally received an email only to be told that sometimes flowers ordered are not in season so others have to be sent. Seriously!!!... so no yellow flowers in season at all!! Having since looked into other reviews, it seems they send the same half dead bunch to everyone.
