I have never been let down by Flowers by Post. I have long history with them and I have used their service whenever the opportunity presented itself. Except for one instance they have been consistent with their performance. I am particularly pleased with the way they handle each order and never fail to show up on time. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Once or twice I have found withered edges on the flowers, but apart from that I do not have any reason to stop ordering from Flowers by Post.

I have used this company for about 7 years. I have never had any issues with the flowers delivered, everyone on the receiving side has been delighted. They also have a great deal where for every £50 you spend you qualify for a free bunch. I have always used them for others, one day I will treat myself. I have recommended this company to many people, and was surprised to read the bad reviews on here. Few will take the time to write a good review , but most will happily write a bad one. The only down side is that the flowers are not arranged, but at these prices, and with the great quality, who can complain.

Ordered from Flowers By Post a week in advance for friend's birthday who is very ill. Advised on 21st September that flowers despatched and would be delivered 22/23 Sept. They did not arrive until 25th (2 days after the birthday) and some of the flowers were going over.

When I contacted company was told that it was a rare occurrence and I should use next day delivery if I wanted flowers on time! I asked why I would do this when I had ordered a week before and was told that they would be delivered on time. They have offered a refund and I just hope I get it.

I cannot recommend them after this experience. I wish I had read the other review before using this company.

Ordered for my Mums Birthday on 11/Nov. Flowers have NEVER arrived.

Was told on 13/Nov I would get a refund that day. I am still waiting 4 weeks later!!

Obviously, I will not be using this Company again. Mum sat in for 2 days waiting for the flowers to arrive. It spoilt her Birthday. Disgusted.
