Dysfunctional, And Non-responsive
I tried to order a delivery from Flowers Direct, but their website wasn't working correctly from the stage of entering an order into my basket - total failure from that point. Well, websites can have glitches and so - after I had placed my flower delivery order with another company, I thought it would be courteous to inform Flowers Direct of the glitch I had encountered; I did this via the link on their website to their customer services team. No response. I re-sent the email again the next day - again, apart from an automatic "thanks for contacting us, we'll get back to you" type of response, still no actual contact from Flowers Direct. Customer Services - I'd say not!!

Never again! Just stay away from these idiots. Cancelled my delivery with no reason as the supplier cant dispatch.

Order some flowers for my wife on a special day. They turn up with some guy with no smile on his face and just rush to his next delivery.
When he hands overs the product to you, you'll find all your flowers kept in a dark and sealed cardboard box. Now when I went to school, I learnt that flowers need light! What flower shop in their right mind would pack a gift of flowers inside a dark sealed box? that is just pure insanity! it shows this company have absolutely no clue how to treat and look after flowers.
There is no water for the flowers, I have no idea how long they have been sat in this guys hot van for, in the dark with no water! WHAT A CLUELESS COMPANY! no personal touch, no care, no smiles, no understanding or appreciation of flowers.

If I Could Give Them No Stars I Would
Purchased some flowers for Mother's Day via a recommendation to use O2 priorities App. My friend said about how amazing the deals were - 20% off with free delivery.
Receive a email from them to confirm order purchased - White roses & Orange Calla Lilies, sounded nice enough - they are still yet to materialise. Been tracking them and they left London Jubilee mail centre two days ago and are currently now at Truro mail centre.
Reciebed a lovely little email to inform me they will be delivered today between 7am - 7pm - it's now 21:30 and still no flowers.
I wish I would have read these reviews first as so wouldn't have bothered - I dread to see what state they arrive in. I just know my Mum is going to be disappointed with them like I am the service I have received so far....
Save your money and purchase flowers through a established florist rather then some substandard Internet company.

Rubbishy Flowers, Not Worthy The Money.
Was delivered yesterday for Mother's Day. The flowers were not in water, only had a damp tissue around the stems. Didn't tell my son, as I didn't want to upset him. Probably need throwing out tomorrow. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I ordered the Christmas Rose and Carnation Astound bouquet of flowers at a cost of £45. Seven roses, three carnations and a few stems of berries were delivered. The smallest 'large' bouquet of flowers I have ever seen and certainly not the number of flowers I paid for. I could have bought a nicer and larger bouquet at a fraction of the cost from my local supermarket. I will not use Flowers Direct again and would not recommend the Company to anyone else.

Awful!!
Writing on behalf of my husband who never EVER buys me flowers so as a special birthday surprise, he decided to order a huge bunch of roses and box of chocolates to accompany it. He ordered it the day before my birthday with every assurance they would be delivered on time. Well guess what? They weren't! They were a whole day late, effectively ruining the surprise, leaving me with a grumpy husband and when they did arrive they were in poor condition. As you can imagine he paid a lot of money for these and they arrived squashed on the box, wilting and without water. He was offered 25% refund but that hardly substitutes for the awful service and surprise ruined! Would never use again and would never recommend!

Wrong Flowers Sent To A Funeral
WORST SERVICE EVER THESE PEOPLE R VERY UPSETTING ORDERED FOR FUNERAL IMAGINE THE UPSET ALREADY BUT THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE CAN NEVER FORGIVE THESE PEOPLE FOR THERE UNCARING ATTUIDE AND UPSET THEY SENT WRONG WREATH NOTHING LIKE ORDERED ONE PROBABLY LEFT ON A SHELVE THEY COULD NOT GET RID OF UNBELIEVABLE. Unacceptable Service
I ordered the astound flowers for my girlfriends birthday , after being led to there guaranteed " promise" which did not show , after spending around 10 minutes I finally got through to there complaints line only to be told they were delivered! But strangely enough they don't take a signature and just leave outside (how convenient) , now I have been told they will re-deliver 2 days late !! What was supposed to be a happy moment has turned into a nightmare by flower direct umacceptable service ,, i was offered no refund what so ever ,,, i warn others to stay away and not get there day get ruined by such a mis leading service .
