I sent my girlfriend who is living in hong kong right now some flowers, I never used this place before and I was getting worried because it was getting late and my girl still didn't receive the flowers, then I found this review page and seen all the bad comments and I for sure thought I got scammed and ripped off, but my girl just received the flowers and they are actually more beautiful then I expected! she is very happy with them and is about to post pictures of them on facebook to make her friends jealous! hahaha! anyway they came thru for me when I had lost all hope and honestly I will use them again to send my girlfriend flowers and gifts! thanks for not screwing me!! -josh Las Vegas NV USA oh ya just want to say thanks for scaring the life out of me jerks..lol

The Hong Kong Florists, though they are online shop but you believe or not they are just professionals and select the best flowers for you, either you wana say I Love You with Rose or the Father's Day coming next week, just give them an order to get best flower picks for you

watch out for this company this and ready flowers and hongkongfloristshop are all the same.they will take your money but thats it no flower delivery etc just a rippoff from a indian run call centre.looks genuine and seem to ask the right questions etc even there address at 21 taikoo shing road is a fake too.deal with these people at your peril

Over 3 days, they denied the order 3 times saying recipient is "uncontactable". (I checked and the recipient never got any calls or notification of the delivery attempt)

Eventually, THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED.

Seriously, DO NOT ORDER or you will regret it for sure.

Beware of this website! I purchased a bouquet for my mom's 60th birthday and they never delivered. I paid via MoneyBookers. The only contact info you'll be able to find is under "About Us". The number and address belong to somewhere in India. Try googling the phone # and you'll see that they have numerous websites. I feel invaded!

Their staff were very friendly and helpful. Originally I asked for delivering a flower bouquet to my wife in her office for her birthday but then they found out that she was not around at the time their staff arrived. They made an extra effort by calling me up to seek my advice. I then gave them our home address. They delivered the bouquet to our home in Discovery Bay (which is quite an remote area in Hong Kong) quickly. I appreciate their service.

They helped me professionally to send some flowers to my wife in Hong Kong while I ordered online in Canada. On time delivery and friendly staff who even text me once the flowers have been delivered. Well done!

Hong Kong Flower Shop is complete fraud. They take your money and never reply. If they do deliver it is not on time. I was warned not to use them, but, I needed flowers delivered to an area they specialize in and gave them a shot. Next time I will listen to what others have said and not respond to all of the spam they send out. Live and Learn...
