Deeply Disappointing Delivery

Deeply disappointing delivery. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who lost her young partner to cancer. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the online photo. Just stems thrown in a cheap vase with no greenery or arrangement. I paid 110 euro. I complained and they said they will issue a token 20 euro refund which does not compensate for such an offensive delivery. Have NEVER had this happen with another floral business. Order elsewhere. I wish I could upload the photos - shockingly awful.

Do Not Recommend This Service

I do not recommend this service! I ordered a bouquet, but no one consulted with me, even though the website promised otherwise. What I received was completely different from what was advertised.

When I reached out to complain, they insisted that everything was done correctly, despite the clear discrepancy. Very disappointing customer service!

If you don’t want to waste your money, order flowers elsewhere. Compare what they promise on the website with what actually gets delivered – the difference is shocking!

Bad Service. Avoid

I ordered a bouquet of roses and it was delivered on time. However, they were not the roses shown in the advertising picture. The roses delivered were much smaller and looked worse than the ones advertised. The staff refused to replace these wrong flowers with ones that matched the ones advertised. So I was cheated and, since it was a birthday gift, I was made to look bad in front of the person the bouquet was intended for. Avoid!

Terrible Service Terrible Operators

It was terrible. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. The order was made in advance, but it did not arrive either on the day of the appointment or after. I waited all day and wrote to the company to explain the status. They told me about a delay of one day. The next day the story was about unforeseen logistical failures. Then the weekend and on Monday again nothing. I asked for a refund, since the order was not delivered and was no longer relevant, to which I was told that the order was delivered, but since the address was incorrect it was taken back. They did not deliver the second time) But there was no confirmation, not a single call from the delivery to two phone numbers ... I do not recommend using this service. Very dishonest.

Not Received

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Not delivered. No explanation until I followed up. Then told that they had tried to deliver. No evidence. Didn't try and call the number provided. I have completely wasted my money. Even the CE Officer doesn't answer emails.

Avoid! Terrible Flowers! Terrible People!

"Caution! I strongly advise against using this seller.

During Chinese New Year, my partner went back to Wuhan to visit her mother, leaving Hong Kong. As she was away on February 14, I decided to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers using internetflorist.biz. Wanting to avoid the traditional choice of roses, I opted for eighteen carnations with baby's breath, leafy greens, a silk bow, and a message card, which was advertised as a 'Deluxe' set. I made the purchase two weeks in advance for $70 US.

However, the delivery did not meet our expectations. The flowers that arrived were just carnations with no baby's breath, leafy greens, bow, or card. Furthermore, three of the carnations were broken, and six were already darkening around the edges. My partner was disappointed, especially when she discovered that the bouquet she received could be obtained for roughly 25 HKD, approximately $3 US, from a local market. It was evident that I had been deceived.

I promptly reached out to the company and was informed that they would conduct an investigation. However, it took almost four days, and instead of providing a refund, they simply apologized and offered to send the message I had requested on the card to my partner by text. Their explanation was that the images they use are only a representation, not an exact reflection of the delivered product.

The unapologetic manner in which the company handled this situation is unacceptable. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against using their services under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs, as their lack of care and the quality of their products are beyond disappointing."

Delivery arrived but nothing like what I ordered from the internet, you raise a complaint and totally ignored!

Complete waste of money and I hope others don’t get fooled by this ‘company’, sooner it closes down the better!

Gift Paid For And Never Arrived.

I ordered and paid for a gift to be delivered to my friend at an address I know is correct and I double checked it with my friend. This company say there is no such address but kept €20 for ‘their troubles’ even though a €9.90 delivery fee was paid. So no package delivered and I am out of pocket. Do not ever use this company!

Awful. Do Not Use.

I ordered flowers, they weren't delivered. I was told repeatedly I'd given the wrong address which I did not - it's my parents' address so I know it well. Customer service was TERRIBLE.

Almost impossible to get hold of them, no replies to emails, barely answer phone. When I did finally get through, the answer to anything I said was 'I will pass it on to my team but a refund is not possible. Wait 48 hours for a response.' I had that conversation THREE times so the 48 hour thing is obviously not working!

AWFUL.
