Not Satisified At All
Flowers were delivered on time. It was not the flowers I ordered,not even close to it. I ordered Colors of Compassion which was a bright,colorful array of flowers. What was delivered instead was a small,dull not colorful at all standing basket.In fact it as downright ugly.I was embarrassed to have my name on it. Will not order from Just Flowers again.

Mothers Day Flower Disaster
Sent my 87 year old mother flowers for Mother's Day. Last minute order so not a lot of options. They were delivered as promised on Mother's Day. The next day my mother called to say the flowers were "drooping" and many of them looked dead.
Called company 6 times(no way to speak to anyone) and emailed 3 times. Finally responded they would give a $15 credit on a $102 order to be used on next order. Why would anyone order again??
Absolutely no customer service!!! Have disputed the charge with my credit card company so they will lose in the end!

Placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday. They didn't deliver and then they didn't deliver Sunday so I requested cancel Monday morning and then they still had them deliver and now won't refund since they made a delivery after I had requested.
I have also filed a complaint with the BBB..
Do not use no matter what!

Horrible Customer Service - Order Never Delivered!!!
I ordered flowers to be delivered for my months birthday this past Saturday March 20th 2021. They never showed. I called and they apologized and guaranteed they would be delivered Sunday and they never showed. I called again and was put on hold a few times...then after hours on hold, they apologized and said they would definitely deliver on Monday and never showed. I called them this morning to cancel the order and they apologized and assured me they would be delivered today and would discount the delivery fee and an extra $10.00 along with an apology letter - so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. NOTHING!!! I am currently on hold with them and they are telling me they were delivered yesterday - yet my parents have been home the last 4 days waiting for this delivery and NOBODY HAS DELIVERED FLOWERS!! Now I'm being transferred to a manager and on hold AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I went online to their online chat and asked that a manager call me and the person I spoke to said she submitted everything to management and they were reviewing and would call me back. Reviewing what? All I want at this point is a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! WORST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charged $18.98 For Delivery No One Mentioned When Ordering
I ordered by phone a premium arrangement on Sat and was told it would probably be delivered later that day and, if not, it would be delivered on Sunday. Arrangement showed up on Monday AND I was charged a delivery charge of $18.98 no one mentioned on the phone. There is no mention of it on their website either. I have contacted them 2 times and no one cares to do anything about it. Will not use service again nor refer them to friends.

Poor Quality Arrangements, And Customer Service
This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. Different colors, different fillers, no ribbon, etc. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. Spent two days asking to speak to a supervisor/manager and kept being thrown around, and promised I'd get a call back. Never happened...until I posted negative reviews on social media. Customer Service Manager/Supervisor called, only to insult me further. She's in the wrong line of work...rude, condescending, and arrogant. It's no wonder they have all the disclosures to cover their asses... They can substitute everything and anything....and bring you scraps. Better off at Fresh Market...huge variety of gorgeous roses $16.99 / dozen.

Never use this company. We ordered a palm plant and got something with huge half dying elephant leaves. We paid extra for delivery by 1pm, but it arrived at 7pm.
Many leaves are half dead and brown, dead leaves and sticks found at the base of the plant. An ordered balloon arrived half inflated.
Caution!!! This company can’t be trusted. The customer service is very bad and will not provide an refund for this Anniversary gift. Totally unacceptable! This plant looks like it came direct from Home Depot. It could have done that for $30 instead of over $100 paid.
Yes there is a ton of fine print in the order, to cover their poor business practice. At the end of the day this was a bad purchase that people need to know about.

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement for my friend who is battling a probably terminal brain tumor. Delivery was postponed two days, then the company called and said they could get a local florist to deliver for $22 more. Stupid me. When I initially ordered, I thought this was a local florist. It is not! It is one of those nationwide flower conglomerates. I told them to forget the order. THEN, they said they would pay half of the extra $22 to have the flowers delivered. I said no. THEN they offered to pay more. Who would trust these people? I said "What part of NO don't you understand? No Order! And I better not see a charge on my account from you. NO means NO ORDER!" These were my exact words.
I am so upset. My dear friend did not receive her birthday flowers.
