I ordered white and pink lily bouquet specifically after going through multiple websites. They have sent only pink and no white lily. If they are making changes, the same should be communicated. The message on the card is missing too when I specifically called and requested. I shall never reorder from them.

I ordered the products of 1000 INR and they sent me the products of just 398 INR. When I asked them for a refund, they said it is not possible due to technical restrictions and they have added delivery charges. How delivery charges can be twice the product of the item. They delivered the products without informing me.

Do not buy anything from this website.

I ordered a flower basket for my mother on mother's day. They did not deliver anything and texted me on Facebook that my ordered were delivered. They ruined my moms special day.

These guys collect extra money for early delivery asking PIN code but they never deliver on time.. I paid money for delivery to be done before 10 am and even after constant follow up with them on chats, they couldn't trace the order or the delivery person.. and ultimately came back saying it will be delivered by 5 pm.. even near this time, the recipient did not receive anything.. 

this review dosnt allow to attach screenshot, otherwise I would have added a snapshot of whatsapp chat with their customer care.. pathetic and ridiculous

I ordered a plum cake from the website picture. It costed a lot of money. When the cake was delivered, it was dry and looked like an ugly brown cake nothing like the picture. They told me the pictures don't match the actual cake being delivered. That is false advertising. They told me nothing can be done. Don't use this service. The cake was a bust and embarrassing to the receiver.

I ordered strawberry birthday cake and single rose. The rose was not delivered. The cake was different what I ordered. There were no strawberry on top of cake as described and pictured.

They provided cheap product and misguide me with wrong picture and description. Also took additional price for rose but not delivered.

I logged complain but nobody replied. Complain detail: Product received not matched with order - Ref. No. CSDko-268201455

How are these people allowed to do business.

I orders rakhee and gift and was promised delivery, It has been 2 days and yet no delivery.

I called up continuously for 2 days and no one answer. they did answer once and the lady was very rude and just hung up on me saying they are very busy!!!

I had requested for a cake to be delivered on the 13th of June.First when I placed the order I did not recieve any confirmation however the money was debited and had to follow up to confirm on which I was asked to call back after an hour,next I had to follow up to check the status as the order was not delivered yesterday(13th) and today when i checked with the customer service, this is after I receibved no reply on the mail query or website of the order status rep was absolutely disgusting.

I requested the rep that the reciepent has an evening flight and the order needs to be delivered by noon, he was absolutely unhelpful and rude. He said that they have done whatever he could and that's it.Such an appauling service and such unhelpful customer service reps, that I don t think I shall bother using your service again or recommend it to anyone else

Booked a order for fresh flowers as birthday present. The order was booked 1 day before the scheduled delivery date. Request was made to deliver by morning on the scheduled date. Flowers were not delivered on that day even after repeated calls to the customer service . Stale flowers without the accompanying gift delivered one day after the schedule date. Customer service not willing to listen to breach of delivery commitment issue. Kolkataonlineflorists do not honor commits neither do they comply service aggrements.
