I ordered a bunch of your flowers for my daughters birthday JULY 15 apart from them calling me in the morning to say they had no pink roses they gave me white roses !! They left the flowers on the front door mat the box was placed on its side so all the water had drained out and destroyed the box and the ribbon round the side. I’m obviously extremely disappointed with the service. I realise now I should have looked at your reviews which are saying you give a disgusting poor service and the quality is extremely bad ! Your flowers were not cheap either £59.95 for the largest bouquet but that was very small! I intend taking this matter further and would appreciate your head office address and your managers name. I spoke to a lady who was quite rude and I’m still waiting for a receipt to be sent to me by email.

Don’t use these company the was dissolved at companies house in 2018 so they should not even be trading !! I intend taking legal action against them

5 flowers are broken. Bouquet was left outside side door even though we were at home.

Ordered 2 poinsettis for family and chose 1 red and 1 white. Delivered a day earlier than requested. 2 red plants of different sizes. When called the woman who answered was rude and indifferent stating what did I expect as the ports were closed? She offered to go round and pick up 1 of the plants and that was the limit of their sevice. It was too difficult for them to actually contact me before hand to ask if this change would be suitable. Do not use this company. Terrible. She then hung up on me.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law on the birth of our granddaughter and was assured by the florist the flowers I ordered would be the same, if not larger than the image shown. Absolutely untrue. We were extremely disappointed that the flowers were nowhere near the standard you would expect for over £50.00 I complained and was assured further flowers would follow as an apology. I bunch of approx. 4 stems were delivered. Very disappointed by the overall service and the style of display.

I ordered two different sets of flowers to be delivered in the Milton Keynes area for same day delivery from MiltonKeynesFlorists

One set was delivered and I received an email from my partner saying they were wonderful.

Second set was delivered and I received a phone call from my Mother saying thanks but there was hardly any flowers in the vase and most were open so wouldnt las long.

I contacted the company and after explaing the issue I was asked "so what do you want us to do"....well to send flowers I ordered would be nice.

They sent a 2nd set out to my mother and the delivery lady said to my mum whats the problem with the ones you have (something good customer service wouldnt ask), after my mum explained she grabbed the first set from my mum and said now you have new ones and walked off.

I sent an email as I thought it was very poor service and I received a **** email from them with no sorry - they thought they were doling me favour by sending a replacement.....they are a total joke company, no customer service at heart and both sets of flowers died within 3 days.

For the price they charge they are not worth the money - please stay away and do not use!
