Disgusting Service - Charged More Than Double The

Disgusting service - charged more than double the original order price. Been trying to get an answer/refund since march 2011 but they are so ignorant they do not reply to any communications- would STEER WELL CLEAR. If I could afford to spend £92 on a present it would not have been flowers that only last a short time - would have purchased something that would have lasted longer for that amount of money. Customer service - NON EXISTENT.Very frustrating.

They told me they were a local florist, what a joke, they are in Canada, Amex charged to change dollars, then they added another $9 for nothing. this is a scam and I reported it to the credit card company

Absolutely terrible service! They charged my credit card and promised to deliver flowers in advance of mother's day on May 6, but the flowers did not arrive! I called my credit card company and they are disputing the charge with the company. Do not use this company!

The Plant I Requested Became Flowers As Best As I

The plant I requested became flowers as best as I can tell (elderly relatives were the recipient). The company did morph themselves to look like a local florist on the internet. The price was increased from the invoice, switched to Canadian Dollars, and increased again to be charged in US dollars, and there was a foreign transaction fee from my credit card. When I did an email inquiry, they sent me a broken link. They have not responded in more than a week. I will use my credit card to challenge this purchase.

They also morph their name. Do not use pink lotus florist or pink blossom florist--same Canadian Sham.

I Ordered Flowers From Pinklotusflowers.com For My

I ordered flowers from pinklotusflowers.com for my daughter congratulating her on her new baby. I ordered from this company because I live out of state and it clearly stated SAME DAY DELIVERY. I called to confirm that they were going to deliver the flowers today and was told that they were finished with their delivery for the day. I informed her that I had placed an order for today and they had not yet delivered the flowers and that my daughter was being released from the hospital tomorrow. She said to read the terms and conditions. I informed her the reason for using their company was because they advertised the same day delivery. I then asked her if I could cancel the order and even though they had not delivered same day as they advertised it would cost me a $10.00 cancellation fee. I had not yet told them to cancel the order I just inquired to see if it was too late. This upset me as it was important for us to send an acknowledgement and not being short on words I said "You Suck". I called back to ask if they could deliver before 1 pm. I was told between 11am and 5pm. Then she had informed me that she had already canceled my order. Guess she appreciated my comment as much as I appreciated her companie's professionalism. Which is NONE.

This company is a sham. When searching thru google for a local florist, this company morphs itself into a local florist. They then charge more than the original transaction, and a foreign transaction fee is also charged by the credit card processor.

I'm going to complain to Al Gore - he invented the internet, right? LOL

I Tried To Use A Local Florist Not Knowing That Th

I tried to use a local florist not knowing that this place is actually in Canada. The flowers arrived days late (if the flowers that arrived with no card were mine) and the email receipt said $66.60 but I was actually charged $73.66 and then another $2.21. I have no idea if the flowers that she got were the ones I paid for. I wrote out thought felt words for the sympathy card that was supposed to be included at no cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this service.

Absolutely Dissapointed. They Were An Hour And A

Absolutely dissapointed. They were an hour and a half late when they were explicitely instructed with a delivery time. They sent a bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. Customer service responses horrible and they did not answer any of my questions. Do not use this service unless you like throwing away your money.
