I ordered from punjab florist association today to deliver cake and flower bouquet in Shri Muktsar Sahib on date 16th january 2013.I have paid 1650rs in advance.I called on number given in site .Person assured me that this combo will reach on the given place till 3:00.

After 3:00pm i called him to know about the status,that person used abusive language.This is very ridiculous that person who is responsible for this arrangement is using so abrupt and abusive language for a customer who has already paid the money..and that too to a "GIRL".

Still my package delivery is pending......

I have launched a complaint against punjab florist association in consumer National court.and the complaint no. is 431508.

On website companys it mentions we will deliver flowers on Valentines Day and are taking orders. On placing order no comms. I call then from London to Punjab ask them to confirm order. They say they can't deliver till following day. I kept face being India and agreed to their proposal. I then receive email advising which day I would like delivery 15th or 16th. I responded as soon as I got their mail from my phone and replied 15th. No reply on the 15th no reply to further emails. I phoned yet again they now said they could not deliver on the 15th. It will now be on the 16th as they had no delivery boys. Non resident Indians beware they are useless they must make up their testimonials. They make it sound like it's your fault. For your info they are based in Jallander
