Antiquated Business Practices & Very Long Transport Window

When I saw that my flowers were being shipped on the 19th to arrive on the 24th, I was shocked. They would be in transit for 4 days!!!! The company back pedaled talking about weather delays and saying there are no predicted weather situations so the shipment should be fine. Hey, the math does not add up. So does that mean they would ship them out on the 19th and they would, with no weather delays, arrive the next day which is not the day I asked them to arrive.
Then I asked for a refund. They charge 15% on an order and the flowers aren't even picked! Once they collate and enter the order - if you cancel - you get charged 15%. No exceptions.
Then I expected the credit to go right through. For some unfair reason, in this world it takes a hell of a lot longer to get your money back but when purchasing - they withdraw that money forthwith, within minutes. It usually takes 4 days to get your money back. Not at whole blossoms. They wait until the end of the month to process the refund less 15% and then you have to wait 4 more days for it to hit your bank.
Not a pleasant experience and hey, I was reading all those negative reviews. Wow. Bad times!

Fabulous! Everyone doing a wedding should let WholeBlossoms have their order. The order was perfect - on time, everything opened in 3 days as promised, beautiful! I will certainly use this company again whenever I have a bulk flower need - or probably any other kind of flower need.

The Right Pink
Recently I had a wedding in which I needed just the right shade of pink roses to complement my wedding theme and bridesmaids dresses. I searched every floral shop I could find to no avail. I heard from a friend that it was easier to find it online so I then looked up pink roses and found Whole Blossoms. They were able to locate the exact color I needed from a pocture I sent them. My flowers were not only the right pink but amazingly fresh! I recommend them now to everyone.

I must say, I am truly happy with the way my wedding turned out. It was a memorable occasion filled with both love and beauty. We did an excellent job selecting our vendors, which all coordinated their efforts to fulfill the preparation and execution of an event that will not be forgotten. Whole Blossoms supplied us with some incredible peonies, roses, garden roses, carnations, and a few other varieties. They had an excellent website, customer service, prices, delivery, freshness and quality. They are number one on my list of vendors and hope to use them again for any future events.

We have the most beautiful wedding and we were so happy with experience we received from Wholeblossoms. Their customer service was top notch. The flowers cam in bulk and were so beautiful and fresh. The prices are excellent and we will Oder from them again for our next event.

Do Not Order From This Company
This company delivered extremely poor quality flowers that were unusable for the wedding I ordered them for. 30 of the 50 flowers came in such poor condition that I immediately called to have problem resolved. I took pictures and sent emails only to be told they were fine and that flowers that will never bloom or are 1/4 of a normal flower is acceptable product to them. They supposedly offer a guarantee but then they say to honor that your must pay overnight shipping which cost 65-70 dollars out of your pocket and then not may not even offer full refund. Several hours of my time were spent on phone and writing emails and their service department only gave me the run around and no viable solutions. Please do not buy flowers from this company at risk of losing your money and not getting the flowers you expect or deserve for your event. I order flowers from lots of vendors and this company takes your money and does not deliver what they promise. Do not order from wholeblossoms.com!

Flowers Never Opened, Would Not Refund Money
I ordered 30 peonies for my wedding to be delivered 3 days prior to the event. The peonies were fully closed when they arrived (to be expected), but the edges of all of the leaves were blackened. I cared for them as instructed, but they did not open in time for the wedding. While that didn't make me happy, I was giving Whole Blossoms the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait for them to open, thinking I would at least get to enjoy some beautiful flowers after my event. After keeping them for two weeks, only 3 of them opened (not even fully). I was very disappointed, as they are expensive flowers. When I called customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do for me, because I did not contact them on the day of my wedding. First of all, you do not have to tell any bride how ludicrous it is to expect her to contact them THE DAY OF HER WEDDING. Second, if they had opened AT ALL, I would have been happy enough. But they didn't. They were dud flowers. Whole Blossoms would not stand behind their product and put their money where their mouth is when it came to the quality they offer. I will never buy from them again.

They attempted a last minute lower quality substitution. Lied about the name off the variety to be substituted and failed to respond to requests for clarification by email. The phone agent repeatedly misrepresented facts and then delayed long enough to fail on delivery times and refused to drums the order never count on these people shop elsewhere

Very Good Quality! When I received my white ranunculus, dark pink lisianthus, and blush peonies I was more than pleased with the quality of flowers from Whole Blossoms. The wedding was beautiful and many people commented on how beautiful the arrangements looked. I even gave flowers away to my friends afterwards and they were excited to receive them. I am very happy with Whole Blossoms because of my great experience and will use them again.
