Save Yourself £87 By Avoiding This Gift Package
Find Me A Gift and Activity Superstore (both company names are shown on the voucher) offer a "Four Star Overnight Stay And Theatre Package For Two" at £279, which my wife and I were given by my family. To use the voucher, bookings are made through a company called OMG Hotels. While you can specify the show you wish to see, the hotel is allocated by OMG. As my wife hates tube trains I requested a hotel as near as possible to the theatre (Piccadilly), hoping we would be able to walk between the two. We were allocated the Copthorne Tara Hotel near High Street Kensington (three miles/two tube trains away). The hotel room and service were good, other than some noise from the open tube line below, so no major issues there. Theatre tickets were for seats five rows from the back at the highest level of the theatre, with the front of the stage slightly obscured - hardly in keeping with the four star headline. The show itself (Moulin Rouge) was excellent - no complaints there. But booking the same hotel and theatre seats direct would have cost just under £192. I can see no justification for the gift voucher price. Deducting one star for each issue above (poor hotel location, poor theatre seats, poor value for money) leaves a two star rating, which I think is fair.

Was gifted a sign language course by my daughter. When I tried to use it the code wouldn’t work. I contacted customer services by email and I’ve lost count how many conversations have been had and I’m still no further forward. It took them several emails to pinpoint that the course no longer exists and told me to exchange on the website. To do that you have to put in the original voucher code….which is no longer recognised and flags up with ‘please contact customer services’
Going round in very frustrating circles.
Will not use them again and would not recommend to others.

So disappointed with this! Packaging was horrendous! Dirty box! Ripped and sellotaped Over!! Really shabby!so much smaller than expected and the engraving is barely noticeable
Very tinny poor quality!! Cheap n Nasty looking to be honest. Not worth the money. I will have to buy another box and I’m worried how long the colour willl last or if it will tarnish easily.

21st Personilised Gift Not Delivered.
I ordered a personilised 21st Birthday gift, tracked the item couple days ago, says dispatched 13th of May 2020, tracked the item today now says dispatched 13 May, delivered on 20th May, I ordered and paid for 1-3 day delivery, allowing a couple of days extra in case of delay.
I am so upset, tried to call but got answer machine, sent an email but says can be up to 5 days before I get a reply.
The 21st Birthday is on the 16th of May, as it is a personilised keepsake gift I can't give it after as it would not be the same.
I am disabled so can't get out to buy another gift and to late to order something else now.
I guess at worst will just have to post a picture of the gift on Facebook so the Birthday girl can see I had bought something thoughtful.

Found what I wanted on Find Me A Gift.
Received confirmation E-mail regarding the order too, which is what you expect.
I had E-mails updating me on the order with the tracking - although slightly vague. I had never heard of Hermes before - but I've now learnt if the order has been dispatched and either has tried to get to you or on its way.. Hermes is who it'll be with.
Contacted the delivery driver to enquire when about to expect the delivery, who was friendly and said about 1 minutes time - brilliant, it was about a minute later. So good customer service in my opinion - just not very precise e-mails.

Worse Service Ever
Ordered on 12th December with next day delivery but completely wrong item sent. Didn't deal with my complaint and had to email again and then item was out of stock. Ordered another replacement item on 17th when the finally responded and they promised to get it there for Christmas. It didn't come and they ignored my complaint and finally on 28th December sent me an email that my item has been dispatched and would I recommend them to a friend.
Complete joke especially when I paid extra to get it fast so I wouldn't by worrying about Christmas delivery. Would NEVER use them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't Use!!!!
I spent £150 on Xmas gifts 8th December nothing here given 3 delivery dates nothing comes as one item was out of stock???yes has to be sent together even tho the website states you can ring and request items to be sent...which I did on the 9th so far 2 refunds and no items here it's a joke!!! Why can't they send what they have instead of leaving me completely short of x mas presents! Told coming tomorrow yet not left there warehouse????We will see! Please use gadget shop delivery is fast! Another day staying in I need to be in shops finishing x mas shopping not sat wait here for items to arrive that never do! Will NEVER use again

Dire "customer Service", Ordering And Availability
Ordered two items, one personalised - neither of which was delivered (I got someone else's personalised gift) I had to contact them twice to even get an auto-response - then was simply told that it was too late for the personalised gift and the other item was now out of stock. No mention that they would pick up the other persons personalised gift (maybe they had my gifts? Obviously too much hassle)
All in all another "retailer" who doesn't understand that, regardless of the items you sell, disappointing customers is not the way to "trade".
Inadequate logistics that delivers incorrect orders and a frankly pathetic attempt at customer services - avoid - there are other, more professional retailers.

Very Slow
Terrible service. Ordered and stated I needed the item quickly. They said it would be dispatched within 1-2 business days and it would arrive 2-5 working days after this. We are currently at day 4. They still haven't dispatched the item and won't let me cancel it, despite the fact it hasn't even been picked and packaged.
Spoke to on the phone and they were extremely rude and unhelpful
