I have ordered a personalised compass which costs £17 + another £4 for delivery.
Does not worth even £5.
The quality is rubbish and the cover is scratched. I definitely cannot embrace myself to give it as a gift to anyone.

Marks on label of personalised message. Dented gift box. Was giving for wedding present as this company new by the label they wrote. No reply after 3 emails sent. Extremely disappointed. This was supposed to be a special gift and cost me £42
Item Doesnt Arrive. Lack Of Communication
Paid £6.99 for next day delivery on a thursday which did not materialise. Gift for birthday. Difficult to get in touch and had to wait until following Tuesday to find out item was damaged and that refund would be issued. Have to wonder if I hadn't got time to chase item whether I'd know what happened. Would not recommend company for important gift or if you do don't have time to invest in lengthy calls.

Gift For Husband 4th Wedding Anniversary Getting Personal
I used this site to buy a 4th wedding anniversary gift for my husband, i picked a personalized engraved wine box, my message read - 'For my husband on our fruity 4th wedding anniversary, i am banana's about you, orange you glad that we got married'. Clearly the person engraving this could see it was for a wedding anniversary and not a birthday, however.. i had clicked into the wrong item as it wasn't clear on the website because all boxes looked the same and it was hard to differentiate. On receiving the item, bang in the middle engraved was 'happy 40th birthday'i ordered what i thought was going to say happy 4th wedding anniversary, so consequently was very upset receiving the item, especially as i had no time to reorder a gift in time. I went on the chat, and tried to explain the importance of this gift and it's significance to a customer service representative, she explained to me that i had in fact clicked on the wrong item but went on to say you cannot return personalized items or a refund, the only answer was to reorder. I explained to her how upset i was an asked if they would do a new one, she told me this was not possible and i felt the whole experience was unsympathetic, rude and unobservant that no one had picked up the error on the team. I left the chat really upset and feeling like a number and not a person. getting personal are NOT very personal at all!!! I will not be returning. sometimes a customer experience is more important than the money as you will get repeat business... what happened to going out of your way to someone.

Absolutely no customer service. Can’t speak to anyone as telephone lines are closed. Hours to come back to you. I even left my phone number but nobody will speak to you.

Really disappointing and awful service. After ordering a present for my partner for his first Father’s Day (and paying extra to have it arrive early!) and it never turned up.
I had to chase the order and finally all I get in response is nothing they can do, have a refund. It really is awful customer service and I feel incredibly disappointed from a company that should be so much better. No help or apologies.

Getting personal got my order wrong due to a technical issue with their website but said that they are not liable and suggested I purchased the item again. I’ve spoken to numerous staff via email and the majority were rude, lacked empathy and they really didn’t care. The businesses approach is very obnoxious in that they don’t seem to care about after care and it’s all about a quick transaction, getting your money and then moving on to the next customer. The quality of the product was also quite cheap- you’d definitely get a better quality product and most definitely a better service by shopping elsewhere.

Ordered a gift for my brothers birthday on 8th march, his birthday is on 15th march. But I didn't received that gift on time, still waiting. Very disappointed.
