I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my sister in Israel. This company took my payment and failed to deliver. An excuse of mis communication between the Boston Office and the florist in Israel due to Covid was the excuse given by the person I dealt with in the Boston Office. I will never use this company again!!!

I used this company to send gift baskets to my son in Medical school in Grenada. Each time they call to insure the package was received and each time it was received on time and in great condition. I highly recommend this company. They have some good choices of items to send and my son was very happy with everything. I wish I would have know about them sooner!

I'm very thankful to this company for the exceptional service they provided when delivering a gift basket for my business partner who is currently in Indonesia. I wasn’t exactly sure in which hotel he was staying but they managed to find it out for me and delivered everything on time as promised.
