Bought a'Hermes 2 Day non POD' from this company and had to return it as it was noisy and of poor quality. It cost £11.96 to return and i was told that the postage would not be refunded as it was not faulty. That fatc that you cannot know if something is unsuitabloe until you buy it or know it is noisey until you use it leads me to believe that this compant is totally unfair in the way it trades. I would never recommend them to anyone nor would i ever use them again. If it had mentioned in the advert that it has a continual buzzing sound that can be annoying then i would not have ordered the item.

I would never order from them again! I have been waiting a whole week for delivery which was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, it's now Wednesday, yet still nothing. Contacted them, they then tell me to wait at least 14 days!?

I ordered a few things from here hoping id be able to give away as stocking fillers to a few people. Dont bother, they appear to sell flimsy plasticy rubbish. Would not recommend and mine will be going back.

I received an email that clearly stated 'free delivery on all orders' in a highlighted bit at the top of the email. I put a few things in my basket and then noticed it had 1.95 postage added at the bottom.

I just emailed them saying theres clearly something wrong as delivery should be free. I then got an email back saying that free delivery was only on orders over £30 (missing the point entirely). I then emailed again reminding them that it actually does say 'free delivery on all orders'.

I then got another email saying that was a miss print (no apology) and showing some other small print that said they can withdraw anything at any time.

Poor practice. Maybe for the best the stuff on there looks like surplus from poundland.

I like this website as it has lots of different and unusual products. I get lots of discount vouchers and special offers via e-mail and am kept up to date by the company. I have never had a problem with ordering or delivery and would recommend this site to anyone looking for unusual gifts or ideas for the home.

Gizoo's flyers are just about the only company's flyers I actually read fully and with interest. Items for sale vary between new designs of old favourites, boys' toys and extremely useful items.

Those which I've ordered have been well-made and very durable and though I've never had to return any item I very much doubt there'd be any problems.

I've found their support staff to be very pleasant, polite with an encyclopedic knowledge of their stock.

All in all the route from receiving their advertised items through to ordering and paying and ultimately receiving them is a walk in the park; if only others could be so straightforward, user-friendly and stress-free.

I really can't rate them highly enough.

Gizoo offers a range of items for the home and garden - including some interesting gadgets and gizmos that I haven't seen anywhere else online. Their prices are very good and they often have special offers, including free postage, which makes them even better value for money.

I've found their customer service brilliant. They let you know what's happening every step of the way. I've returned at least one item and found it an easy process (unlike some online webstores).

They don't carry a great range of goods, so they don't compete on choice in the same way that 'the big boys' do - but what they have is diverse and ranges from the very useful to the rather bizarre. A good mix really.

I'd definitely describe myself as a happy customer and I keep going back to the website to look at their latest goods. That speaks a lot for Gizoo ! I've already recommended it to family and friends and they've bought a few things from them. They've been happy too. Well done, Gizoo !

The variety of items on offer is many. Whenever I bought something it was always just as described and always good value.

My experience with buying from Gizoo has always been good. Orders always on time or early, have replaced items, with no argument, on the rare occasion they go wrong and have some good deals.

However, my one negative thought is that if you check, you can often find the same items cheaper including postage on other websites. I would buy more from gizoo if you had a price match scheme.

Having had an ulcerated ear-drum as a teenager, I would have appreciated a gadget that would allow me to listen without upsetting my wife by increasing the volume. The unit gave up the ghost some time back, and no replacement of brand-new Duracells could produce any response.

The fly deterrent appeared to be almost enjoying the ?ultra-sound that was suggested to drive them away.

The saviour of my purchases have been the LED outside lights which do precisely what it says on the box, and for that I am almost inclined to forgive you.
