I made a bulk purchase of 10 cards. The first one never arrived and I have subsequently tried to send others without success. The telephone number doesn't exist and I get no response. However, they successfully manage to take your money, which is just about the only thing that works with this company. Funny that! Do not use under any circumstances. I intend contacting Trading Standards after a year of trying.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Ordered and paid for card for 23rd May. It was not delivered. Sent two e mails to customer service. Eventually got response when i got PayPal involved. Thru claimed they had sent me e mail which I never received advising they couldn’t send card until 26th. Who would want card for 26th when Birthday was on 23rd!!! Awful company. Would not deal with them again.

I ordered a singing birthday card on the 16th July 2018 and paid through Paypal. It was not delivered and they have not given me a refund or replied to 3 emails. This is bad service in every way.

I've tried phoning and emailing but reaching you seems an impossible task so I'm resigned to never receiving the special card a family member sent me. Pity because your cards look cute and fun on your website.

It would be good business practice to put known compatibility issues up front on your website so consumers don't waste their time and money on stuff that doesn't arrive as advertised. People do know how to check their spam folders and if they say it is not there, it isn't. I asked you to resend because the card didn't arrive, but you simply ignored my emails.

Also, why have a phone number on your website if you don't answer it.

I'm really fed-up that I didn't get the card, the sender wasted his money, and you cannot be bothered answering emails or picking up the phone. Spoiled my birthday for sure.

The card is rubbish. The video only mentions the birthday name once. Definitely not worth £6.95. I wouldn’t even pay 99p for it. I want a refund?!

I bought this for a friends 40th birthday as a fun card. The selling point for me was they sing the recipients name, which it turns out they didn't.

Additionally, when I tried to check it on my smartphone I was informed it was incompatible so I viewed it on my PC only to discover the card was without the very thing I purchased it for - most upset.

I've emailed twice and only received a computer generated reply, tried phoning, but only an answerphone suggesting you call back later!!!

I'm now issuing a formal compliant to PayPal to return the money and blacklist these people.

This was my friends 40th Birthday so I'm doubly upset these people screwed my card up!!!

Looks good but their web site did not work. We tried several times to send a card but failed every time. Hope they don't take our money. Phoned them - just a recorded message saying no-one available.

Don't use this site!

Sent 2 cards to different people. No cards received. Tried 8-10 time to reach company over a few days @ different time of day by either e-mail or phone with no results. Canceled my existing credit card so they would not get that and reviewed problem with my computer security Co.

The cards are adorable but DO NOT FALL FOR THIS They will just take your $$$-and maybe more

Took our money and no card was received. Wish I had seen all these reviews. What an absolute disgrace. Will be reporting the company to trading standards.
