Read The Small Print Very Carefully
Very disappointing , although not necessarily gift cards fault.
I found easyjet flights and then went to book through travelby inspire web site where the same flights were over £100 more expensive than easyjet site meaning my £150 voucher was actually worth in real terms less than £50.
Gift card did refund £135 after deducting £15 admin fee , so bravo. Read the small print and then read it again . This was a gift but you would be better giving the person cash.
The small print should be lots bigger and the advertising shouldn't in my opinion suggest you're getting the same value as what you paid.

Please please please don’t purchase from them! I bought a Roblox gift card only to find the e-gift PIN number doesn’t work! Customer service is one person! Do not buy from these people! I’d give zero stars if I could!
We are only just seeing this review, as we normally use Trustpilot. We can only suspect that your purchaser or yourself chose Protect in Post for the pack, and it needed activating. We cant identify you sadly from this review. Hoping it resolved for you. We have 10 of us in customer service. If it was Xmas time though, then yes, it was just myself - the MD - covering emails when the team had gone home for xmas.

Hey, sadly if your bank says we cannot send an order, then we have to do more security checks. Only just seen this review. As our company sells live cash in gift cards, then our security checks are very tough. Hoping it all resolved for you .

Terrible Experience & Sent Cards With No Money On
Spent £100 on 4 cards and am just finding out now after sending to people as gifts they were humiliated in store being unable to use them and im even more humiliated. Best bit is even though this is probably their busiest time of year theyre closed. I will be pursuing all the way when they open if they open! So im left £100 plus out of pocket and upset family and theres literally noone doing anything about it. Absolutely appalling. I will update on here how i get on. Disgusted!
Sorry we have only just seen this as its on an unauthorised review site! we use Trustpilot. I can only assume you chose Protect in Post for your pack, so it needed activating. Rather hoping all got resolved!!

Do Not Order With This Company!!
I ordered Gift Cards from The Gift Card Centre and after receiving them I went to use them in the store only to be told that there was no money on them!!! (I even waited the 'allowance' time for the cards to be loaded).Surely this is a mistake? NO, its no mistake, the company take your money and then sit on it until they bother to load the cards!!! I was HIGHLY EMBARRASSED by this entire experience as i went to shop, only to be told the funds were no available on the GIFT CARDS WHICH I HAD PURCHASED!!! I will never shop here again. I shall also instruct my family and friends not to do so! I spoke to the company and they told me there was nothing they could do, so i called the company the cards were with only to be told The Gift Card Centre was responsible.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have just seen this review, as we do not use this site for our reviews. Your pack would have been delayed due to you choosing Protect in Post for the pack, so your gift cards needed activating. You were right to do so as your pack was over £75 in value.

I have ordered my gift card and have not received it has been 6days, and paid for 1st class postage. The gift card was a Christmas present, which i don't have.
Extremely disappointed, I have emailed them to send proof of postage and they have ignored Me. Looks like I have to take further actions with them.
Please be aware of them!

I Bought My 11 Year Old Son Some Nandos Gift Cards
I bought my 11 year old son some nandos gift cards for Xmas. They have no credit on them, spent £80 and they have zero credit, have emailed the company to see whether this was a genuine mistake

It was a mistake the cards needed to activated which has been done now so will try again at nandos

Ps4 Gift Card Center Vouchers!!!
My son cannot upload his Christmas and Birthday presents as PS4 vouchers onto his PlayStation for the last 4 days!!! These vouchers worth £105!!!! and it was my son's Christmas and Birthday presents!!!! My son got so upset he didn't leave his room for the last 4 days as he couldn't play with his friends and this ruined his Christmas and Birthday all together (26th of December!!!!)
We have called them and Sony PS4 help line few times with no success!! and to my astonishment they are in no rush to fix this!!! can you please sort this out ASAP, I will make an official complain and will ask for a compensation for ruined my son Birthday and Christmas!!!!
Your cards are live after us talking to your son and at last being able to identify your order. I have listened to the phone call and I can assure you no-one was being rude. You chose Protect in Post for your pack. You missed the messages - all five of them saying you needed to activate your cards. We will not activate a pack of that value without your permission as you had requested this when you purchased. However, we are delighted its all sorted now. Amazing what you can do if you actually contact the company instead of posting on review sites hoping we might find your message! luckily we always make sure we look at these incase anyone has indeed missed their activation message. We have activated over 10,000 orders over Xmas - all from people who saw their messages. There was 11 of you who did not.
Just spoke to the gift center and they were so rude to us!!!! unbelievable!!!!
Never buy from them they completely ruined our Christmas and my son Birthday!!!

wow just wow. i received my gift cards on thursday, i followed the instructions right away to activate them, was told within 24 hours i could use them. 4 days later they are still not activated. i have spoken to them and sent emails and all i got was spoken to in a slow sarcastic manner from one of their 'customer service' team. so here i am still with a few worthless cards 4 days before christmas and no chance to use them in time..thats if they are ever activated. i thought a few treats before christmas would be lovely, cinema etc but all I've got is a load of stress from it. next year i won't bother ill just use good old fashioned cash. i have emailed and said ill be chasing a refund through paypal if they aren't activated by tomorrow..5 days after they were meant to! STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU

i didn't get a response but it's ok as my cards were all activated by Tuesday afternoon and I was able to use them for their intended purpose. All was well in the end
