This company still right now as I write this review has not shipped my order and it’s been 17 days - only label created snd I can’t call bc I live in the U.S. so I’m relegated to emailing the shipping g company snd the merchant who says it’s bc of shipping delays all the while it’s never been shipped ! I’m starting to seriously think I’ll never receive this order ! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! Btw I’m nkt the ONKY one ! Reviews show others same experience !

extremely poor customer service. new buyers beware. been over a month, have not received product, barely any response from them with regards to it. BUYER BEWARE

Bath and Unwind's service is horrible. And I am not the only one who feels this way there are dozens of people across several websites complaining about Bath and Unwinds horrible service.

Today is November 26th 2016 my original order was placed at the end of September! I too inquired after several weeks of not receiving my order to be told that several items were back ordered so they were holding the entire shipment they then indicated that they would ship the items without the item that they were waiting on. Needless to say I never received anything. Then in late October I expressed to them my concern that I had still not received my package and that I was about to move to a different address. They yet again assured me that my package was about to ship and that they would send it to my new address, which I provided them. I never received the package. How can this website still be in business this is absolutely atrocious service how can they think that this is ok? I will never ever ever use them again....EVER!!

I will tell as many people as I can find never to use your website.

I've ordered many products from them over the course of numerous years. This is the first time that I've complained about a product...flight stick, complexion booster By DuWop.

Not only did it take multiple customer service agents to respond over the course of a month but their logic and eventual denial of what was truly a dry, cakey, defective, old product prodded me to write this review. I can only vote with my wallet and from now on it won't be with Bath and Unwind.

I paid extra for track and trace Royal Mail AirSure which provides tracking over 6 deliver points door to door. After 12 days I have no package and no products after spending over 130GBP. I have sent 4 emails asking for assistance and have been a variety of excuses. One was to wait as it could be in customs. Wrong. Next one was that the parcel cannot be tracked after it reaches international mail centre. Wrong (see website http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/airsure). The other was they could resend it but half the products are now out of stock. It would appear that your credit card can be charged immediately but its ok not to know where your goods are or care about finding out. Definitely not worth the hassle. I would rather pay a higher price, receive my products and go somewhere where someone can help you.

Your Bath & Unwind made a mistake in my shipping address and now they want to resend the product with a new shipping charge. I asked for a refund and still waiting for it.

My gripe is with the difference between what was pictured on the website and what I actually received. Granted,all 5 items did arrive but 2 items were drastically different from what was pictured. These were the two 4ml samples (micro cleanse & liquid gold mask). From the website, they were to be original Alpha-H samples in the original packaging. But what I received were two contact lens sized pots with product that had been scooped up from somewhere and transferred in. I've no issue with the amount (4ml i guess) but I find this new and unexpected packaging very dubious wrt cleanliness and authenticity. So do note this issue for the smaller samples, which I haven't made up my mind whether or not to try.

I absolutely love this website! Not only does it stock Salon brands such as Decleor & Gatineau at really good prices, but it also has loads of offers (making it even better value) and it's really easy to find what you want.

I emailed the customer services too for suggestions on products for my oily skin and enlarged pores and they got back to me the same day with suggestions and really good explanations as to why they picked them for me. So good! I have never experienced such good attention to customers online as from Bath & Unwind - I strongly recommend.
