Delicious cake and arrived on time , was worried as it came through post but it arrive in perfect condition and tasted delicious will order again

Ordered a gluten free cake (because he has a condition) for my sons birthday a month and a half in advance. His birthday is on Christmas day, paid extra for special delivery just before.

Cake did not arrive, no coms from company, no one available to answer emails, nothing.

Ruined what we had planned for his Christmas day birthday, had to make do with a caterpillar cake from Morrisons.

Will be seeking a full refund and will be leaving negative feed back wherever I possibly can.

Will never be trusting this company again.

I have ordered baker days cakes before for family and friends,which they loved.I sent 2cakes to my Son's for Father's Day and again were delighted with them.On one of them I uploaded a photo of my Son and his Son.They cut it in half and really enjoyed eating it.I have never tasted any of the cakes,so maybe I will order one for my upcoming 70th Birthday.

Having ordered from Bakerdays on 15/03/23 I had several issues with my order, not least that they failed to deliver by the promised date (17/03/23) or even the date they amended to (18/03/23), absolutely shocking customer service means the issues still haven't been rectified despite several calls, emails and messages on Facebook (they have now blocked me) and we still do not have what we paid for!

Please read the reviews before ordering from this company as I didn't and now regret it wholeheartedly. Will be issuing a claim in the small claims court if I don't get this sorted this week. Completely ruined our mother's day surprise for our elderly mum. They even had the cheek to apologise for the way i felt, not for MAKING me feel that way! Rude ignorant and downright shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Dissapointment. I have called on friday and I was assured that my cake will be delivered on Saturday the next day. Saturday at the time of delivery I got message that the courier was busy and my delivery was postponed on Monday! I also paid extra for delivery on Saturday. The birthday was ruined thanks to Bakerdays. They even didnt respond to my emails. not a single apology, not a single regret. Also it was described a cake of 10-12 pieces, the caked arrived of a size of a palm! 

I was very impressed with a birthday cake ordered for next day delivery.

The cake and icing were very well presented, freshly made and delicious. The photograph used to personalise the cake was very well reproduced.

The cake came on a substantial drum board and beautifully packed.

I really wasn't sure how things would turn out when I ordered the cake but it was much better than most supermarket cakes and, however naff, gave great pleasure to the recipient. The whole process went smoothly and communication was excellent. (The exception was attaching a photograph to the order. This was ridiculously tricky and I eventually achieved it by editing and saving a photo to my Android phone.)

I bought an any age diamond cake the pictures on the website looked fantastic sparkling diamonds nicely coloured writing.

The one I received was nothing like.

The diamonds looked more like lead faded writing nothing like the picture advertised.

I bought the cake for a birthday celebration but I would not embarrass myself by giving it to the person it was intended for.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED is an under statement.

No value for money whatsoever a supermarket cake would have been better.

One plus it arrived on time.

At the last minute (2 days before) I decided I wanted to send a cake to my son who is teaching in Croydon UK - I am in Canada and was curious to find a bakery that would deliver to his school and surprise him. I searched online and found “Bakerdays” I ordered the cake and it was delivered just as they promised - He was so surprised and I was so happy it worked out as I had hoped - love this service

I am a third time returning customer and have to say the cakes From Baker Days are superb.

The only grievance I had and it is a very small one, is that on this occasion no tracking info was made available to me of which was very inconvienent when trying to organise school runs.

First time of useing bakerdays

Cake arrived within the time slot .was well.protected excellent packging .nice touch putting cake in tin made it easier to transport also thanks for the candles ballon and blower.cake looks lovely value for money website easy to.use will.order again
