Poor Customer Service
I ordered a gift for my grandchild. When I checked out it said my basket was empty so I had to restart the order. My grandchild received two gifts and I was charged twice. Although not my fault Cadbury’s refused to refund unless I returned one of the gifts. I do not live near my grandchild and by the time customer services got back to me both gifts had been eaten. You can’t ask for a gift to be returned. I will not use Cadbury’s again - their loss as I have 16 grandchildren and often order Easter eggs and Christmas stockings fillers.

I ordered 2 Selection Postal Boxes, carefully choosing my daughters favourite chocolate bars. They arrived in packaging with no indication of the contents How was I supposed to know which was which without opening them? Just as well I did as one of the bars was out of date before Christmas , the intended gift time. Customer services quite frankly could not have cared less! Never again.

Didn't Arrive In Time For Birthday Sob Sob
Bit gutted as I specifically ordered a personalised chocolate bar in good time for hubbys birthday and it hasn't arrived. Called customer services who weren't too bothered really. I was so excited about this unique present and now it's ruined. I paid £7.95 for the bar and almost £4 for the delivery
Waste Of Time And Money
This is a huge rip off!!!
ordered 2 selection boxes for my 2 children with just the chocs they love ( 6 curly whirlies being one!! ) when it arrived all the choc bars were thrown into a plain purple box together!! not individually placed looking nothing like a selection box you buy in the shops I could have gone to the supermarket and bought the chocs and thrown them into a box myself at a lot cheaper price!!!

I've used Cadbury Gifts Direct on a few occasions Christmas, Birthdays and Easter. My gift all always well packed and it usually arrives very quickly.

Rubbish Wesite
The website is slow, images don't upload properly, I couldn't add multiple addresses, i don't have hours of time to try and order a chocolate bar.
Very disappointing for a company like cadburys.
I tried two different browsers and had problems on both.

Delivery Service Failure
Unfortunately could not get delivery of goods due to City Link not being able to find our Uk address .... Look at the reviews for City Link and you will understand why.
I now have been asked to resend for another £5.50, which would mean I have wasted £11.00 on delivery for about £16 of chocolates.... Considering they couldn't find address first time (which Royal Post has no problem, as long is with my numerous Amazon shipments), why would I risk sending more money done the drain?
I have used Hotel Chocolate ( Www.hotelchocolat.co.uk) went beyond the normal call of service and resent another box of chocolates when they sent chocolates to credit card address instead of girl friends shipping address whilst I was away for overseas work.... No doubt in this case it was my mistake and most likely clicked ship to billing address, but THEY resent chocolates on there own initiative to girlfriend, which made her and my day (was prepared to give chocolates when I was home...
Now which chocolate company do you think I will use next?

Very Poor Customer Service
One of the items I received had been poorly packaged and as a result had been squashed and broken spilling out of it's wrapper. It was a fairly low cost item at a few pounds but I thought I would contact customer services for either a replacement or refund. Instead of graciously accepting fault for the problem cadburys customer services insisted on a photograph of the damaged item before they would progress the issue - not very customer friendly. Shipping costs are well over the average for online retailers and become quite outrageous for higher value orders. Finally, whilst cadbury's gifts direct have some exclusive products that you can't buy from other retailers a lot of their products are available from other sources at much cheaper prices than cadburys gifts direct.

Didn't Realise Cadbury Had An Online Gifting Secti
Didn't realise Cadbury had an online gifting section and will be sure to use them again. No doubting the product as we all love Cadbury but the gift arrived well packaged and wonderfully presented. Went down a treat with my sister as well as my wife.
Would highly recommend them, and the chocolate was great!

Creme egg bouncy ball for pets as they are not allowed to eat chocolate as it poisons their immune system.
