I ordered a johnnie Walker gold they sent the wrong whiskey so they sent another one which was alao wrong so I sent both back for a refund they said both bottles were opened and not full NOT BUY ME think it was there wearhouse men who got told off so they would not refund me my £87

Hideous Customer Service!!
Ordered two bottles, one for myself and one for a present. The one intended as a gift to my surprise had a free glass in a boxset... On further inspection, the glass had smashed (presumably via their courier, wouldn't be surprised if it was broken before it was wrapped though to be fair). Small shards of glass fell onto my bedding and rug where my two year old plays, I contacted them, with pictures, yet their customer 'service' could only "offer their utmost apologies".
Now I don't care about losing a glass that I never intended to buy, what I DO care about is the sheer disregard for their customers, delivering a DANGEROUS item that I was unaware of. Imagine if I had given that present without checking and my friend had cut themselves on it, I would be mortified and do more than just offer my utmost apologies.
DISGUSTING, VILE, INCONCEIVABLY HEARTLESS AMATEUR BUSINESS! Stay well away. They do not deserve your money!
UPDATE!
I managed to call through, and the kind lady had already noticed the transaction as there were a series of orders placed at the same time to be delivered to the same person, yet each order had a different billing address.
I had a pleasant experience calling and speaking to them. I haven't placed an order with them, so I can't comment on what that aspect of the business is like.
Interesting... I found I was charged close to £40 yesterday by these guys, yet I've never heard of the business until now. I've had my card cancelled and reported this company to my bank's fraud team. Sounds like they've taken this, as their new business model :(

Just Not Good Enough
Ordered some cocktails for a party as I had been given a promo code to use, everything showing in stock on the website but then I get a call an HOUR after it was supposed to have been despatched to say they "discovered" they don't have stock.
Even today the stock shows as being there on their website - absolutely shoddy, no way I'd use these people if I had an urgent or specific need.

I had a question about an item i was considering so I contacted the team. Their response was rude and abrust and I was told to 'Google it yourself' when I informed them i thought it was a little rude I was told I was speaking to a manager. I will never use them again after this. Disgusting.

Having ordered two bottles on December 19th to be delivered before Christmas for presents, and paying extra for the 'guaranteed delivery', I received an email on December 23rd saying that due to the volume of orders, that I would receive my bottles on Christmas Eve by Royal Mail 24hr delivery. I didn't.
I received an email on the 28th saying that I was going to get a full refund within 5 days. No apology or explanation. Had they told me that they were too busy to fulfil orders, I would have gone elsewhere. Truly appalling customer service. I would not recommend, nor use again.

Placed my order on the 11th dec. stated delivery 3-5 days yet nothing has been delivered. Customer service person replied saying is out for delivery a week later and goods shall be delivered today 22nd. Guess what? No goods! I'm not surprised by the reviews I've seen. Please don't be tricked and don't use this company. I Really hope that my refund I requested will be done asap so I can just go to asda and by it myself.

Wrong Product Delivered
Ordered a crate of Nigerian Guinness foreign extra and Dublin Guinness foreign extra was delivered in error. I sent a photo showing the product they had sent me which was 5 pounds cheaper per crate. They sent me an email back saying I was wrong and that it was the new label for the nigerian version. I phoned up and explained and eventually they agreed to refund me the difference. However since then I have had no reply by email and no refund has been made. Avoid this company.
