Fizz
Amazing! On the website I found my favourite fizz of all time. Major supermarkets used to stock this wine, but I now cannot buy it anywhere. Amazon were selling it at £23 a bottle the last time I looked. Slurp have it on offer at £8.95, normally on the website for £11.95.I ordered 6 bottles, before 12pm arrived at 12pm the next day. So glad I have Slurp and will continue to order from them. Amazing choice of wine and spirits. Will be great to use for Xmas, to order something that is a bit different. Thank you Slurp...please keep stocking my wine.

Slurp With Pleasure
As previous reviewer stated, I had previously dismissed slurp due to reviews
However one of the biggest problems for me of late is ordering wine at a stated vintage and then receiving a new vintage
Waitrose and Amazon did this to me , Amazon twice !!! To be fair thou I got to get one lot and refunded so all wine was free
Anyway slurp had the wine I was after Dead Arm 2012 and I decide to give them a chance, I ticked the box stating I didn't want a new vintage and. Paid,
Then I realised it said orders sent next day if ordered by midday, ordered at 1pm doh!
Then received an email saying it would be delivered next day
Long story shorter ! Wine arrived today and all three bottles are 2012

I was apprehensive about using this company after reading these reviews, but this was the only place that stocked the wine I wanted. I had very good experience. I ordered late on Tuesday and accidentally ticked the wrong delivery option, I wanted before midday but I selected the standard delivery instead. I noticed when I got my email confirmation so I sent an email to their customer service, I got a response within 10 minutes and they changed the delivery for me and I received my order early on the Thursday

Slurp Busted Wine
I have done two orders from Slurp. The last order was for 5 GBP50 per bottle order. It was a wine with a 97 from trusted critic reviews. This is the second bottle that I try and both of them are damaged. The same happened on my initial order for a different wine.
I am starting to doubt the credibitly of slurp. Their good deals might be good because they are reselling damaged wine. 4 out of 4 bottles tried so far have been undrinkable. This is more than just mere bad luck!!
No Complaints From Me!
I took a risk going with Slurp as I saw that the reviews weren't too convincing. I've been very pleasantly surprised though! Submitted my order on Wednesday evening, paid for regular delivery, and it arrived on Friday! Good service and they were also the only place selling the wines I was after at a reasonable price. I would fully recommend.

I'll Ring You Back In 20 Minutes! (possibly,perhaps,maybe..)
On (virtual)paper, Slurp do stock cracking wines and a good diverse selection. And when the wines do eventually arrive, they have been slurptastic!
But couple this with the flaky customer service and the inability to inform you either by e-mail or by any other means as to when your wine will be delivered and if it's been delayed, why it's been delayed, then I'm afraid the overall experience of dealing with slurp is painful.
As to slurp express and next day delivery, methinks they have a completely different definition of next day delivery to the rest of us! My latest Slurp express order was delayed 3 times owing to missing wines which I was told had been ordered or replaced then weren't,so was 13 days late, and sadly not completely what I had ordered. But my favourite ploy has to be when you ring up and make a polite(hopefully) inquiry; they say they'll ring you back then don't! Of course, when you have to ring back, there's a different person. My dealings with other wine companies such as Majestic,winedirect,Tanners etc.,however,have been flawless, as they understand the importance of customer service.
So sadly,it's au revoir slurp and I have decided to donate my £2's worth of corkpoints to the company, so that they can invest in a better customer communication model! Santé!
Avoid - Avoid! This Company Does Not Deserve Any Customers.
I ordered 6 bottles of wine which were advertised as available
for next day delivery. Once the online order is completed a message
pops up announcing that an order confirmation will be e- mailed.
That never arrived. Because of that I logged into my slurp account
only to discover that my wine was going to be delivered in 10 days time.
I then googled the company and found some shockingly poor reviews.
I contacted the company by e-mail and in fairness they did respond the
same day assuring me the delivery would be made this Thursday. Did the
wine arrive as promised? Heck it did. No update, no message - nothing.
This will be my first and last order with slurp. This is simply not good enough.
Shame on these Slurpers or Slackers

Totally Rubbish Service And They Don't Care - Avoid!!
Ordered 8 bottles of wine on a Sunday as a prsent for someone. 8 days later having chased the order it was delivered. It was a suprise to look inside the box and find only 6 bottles of wine and no sign of any explanation as to what had happened to the other two missing bottles. I emailed them to complain but they didn't both to respond. I called them and the person said that someone would definitely call me the next day and the missing wine could be delivered in another 3 days time. Obviously nobody called me the next day and 5 days on there is no sign of the missing wine that I have paid for. I buy wine from lots of companies but slurp.co.uk are very poor indeed and I would strongly recommend that you avoid them!

Do Not Use!
Terrible service. Order was still not dispatched three weeks after I ordered it. Was told this was because one of the items was out of stock. Changed the item and finally the order arrived - but all the wine was different from what I ordered! They say they credit your delivery if it takes over seven days but had to request this. Don't think I'll be using it though!

Don't Expect Your Order To Turn Up In Time For Your Party
Made two orders now - both orders have been for a dozen "next day delivery" bottles that have turned out to be out of stock, despite their website advertising them as available. On the most recent occasion they didn't even bother telling me that the items were out of stock. I sent 2 emails asking about my order that went unanswered and finally called them. No apology, no offer to send me different wines, so I cancelled the whole order and am hoping that they will actually refund me the money. Don't even think about ordering if you need the wine by a certain date, go elsewhere.
