Maybe the signs were there all along; TheDrinkShop website looks like it was out of date in 2002, and the delivery and customer experience feel suited to the 90s.

We ordered a number of items to be delivered for Christmas. Our order was placed well in advance, for delivery on a particular date.

The delivery was missed, and we didn’t get a response from TheDrinkShop for four days. Hard to recommend them based on delivery and CS experience.

Put in an order 9 days ago still not delivered. One answer to my emails questioning the delivery and told I'd be contacted within 48 hours. That was 72 hours ago. Very poor customer service.

I found it very easy to order the bottle of brandy I wanted for a Christmas present from thedrinkshop.com website. I ordered it on Tuesday 13th December and it arrived, as promised, on Friday 16th December. Fantastic.

Wow, what a great place to find that special gift. All the staff are very good and extremely helpful. They could give me really good advice and made suggestions. They really know their stuff. Website nice and easy to use. Would recommend you just have a look as there is so much choice.

Excellent website, massive range (including some products I've never found elsewhere), and delivered on time in excellent condition - what more could you wish for?!

The drinkshop offers a very extensive selection of alcoholic drinks many of which are not readily available either in supermarkets here in Northern Ireland or on the internet.The website is user friendly and the goods purchased have always been delivered in a timely fashion and are always well packed.The only downside is the price of some alcoholic beverages to which one has to add the delivery costs. Other than that, the drinkhop is the best online off licence available!

I was reccommended to yourselves by my partner and will use and recommend you again. The quality of the produce was surberb and packing and presentation of the goods when they arrived.

i ordered chambord from the drinkshop.com after searching for chambord in my local supermarkets to no avail. i googled the drink and drinkshop.com and a few others came up, the site was very user friendly and i found items i had'nt ever seen before, i also like the info provided especially the recipes and so forth, the drinkshop was by far the cheapest and the delivery time was fantastic, i recieved regular emails and felt i was kept up to date. very happy with the delivery, the driver was polite and cheerful, the packaging was brilliant! i have seen nothing like it.. the bottle looked so comfy like it was in a little bed, it seemed a shame to desturb it! the box was so sterdy i used it again to send my own parcel down the country (some times u can really apreciate a re use!) over all a fantastic transaction and one very happy customer!.

I am blown away by the amount of choice there is and how competitive their prices are. There is so much more choice than the supermarket or off license. I love it that there are things ive never heard of so its great if your looking for an unsual present for someone. they are very helpful if i have had a question and once i have ordered it always arrives ontime.

Not only alcohol but the hard to find trendy mixers of the moment such as Fentimans.

Easy to find and order on the web site with a reasonable price and swift delivery.
