the customer service is bad at first arrived lat and when called asking them that this was not the correct size a women called saying will we marked it s-size means small size and we will mark in the future .
not even one sorry for the lat delivery time and for putting four s-size making them looking a big size fish .
any way its the last time i think i will order from then .

It's A Rip Off
This is the worst online supplier I have ever used. The prices are very high, leaving one thinking that the portions will be good. Instead one pays over £11 for a 600 gram fish pie which appears to consist of little more than potato and a few small shrimps - stick with Waitrose or Sainsbury, better pies and several pounds cheaper. The other things supplied were equally as poor, e.g., crab cakes that are so thin as to be almost invisible. We shan't be using this supplier ever again and urge everyone to be very careful when thinking about ordering from them.

I will not use this supplier again.
Their 64-page glossy brochure is impressive but they should have spent the money to improve the service. The packing list is full of cryptic abbreviations (e.g. muss/vinegar 1 jar) and I just discarded a tub of prawn & lemongrass soup because there was no use-by date on the box.
But the worst happens if there is a delivery problem and you have to deal with the top manager. I think this man is rude, arrogant and too contemptuous to utter the shade of an apology. Maybe this why he hides behind a pseudonym – a bit fishy ?

Very Good But A Bit Expensive
My son had ordered some cooked crab claws and cooked large prawns over Christmas but we found the prawns a bit salty. I reported this to you and a kind gentleman from your Fish Society telephoned me as he was quite concerned that I was not satisfied with what I had received. He kindly sent me a replacement of crab pate and some uncooked large raw prawns. I used the pate immediately but only recently had the opportunity to use the raw prawns because I wanted my son to try it when he came to visit us.
The pate was good but the prawns were excellent. I butterflied some prawns and fried them in plain butter but the rest was cooked in a Spanish type Tapas dish which was cooked with a combination of a little butter, crushed garlic, tomato puree and a little chilli powder. This was excellent and the prawns were absolutely great. I cooked them in these two different ways for my own purpose to find out which was the best way to appreciate the prawns.
Thank you for the replacement. It was grealy appreciated and enjoyed by all of us.

Late And Incredibly Rude
I ordered £56 worth of crab claws for a dinner party. I was sent an email saying that delivery would be before 4:15pm. I called up at 4:30pm when I still hadn't received my delivery and was told that they can't get hold of the driver. At 4:50pm I get a call from a man at The Fish Society who was incredibly rude. There were no apologise for the lateness. When I suggested that they should give better guidance for the delivery time, he shouted at me saying that they can't guide for a delivery before 6:45pm or else some people would not be happy. So, they are deliberately misleading people in order to capture more customers. He also said it's because of my postcode that it's late. I live in Shepherds Bush, which is hardly out in the sticks. The overall tone on the phone was appallingly rude. The customer is not always right but in this case, I think some honesty in their delivery guidance would have helped and a more polite tone would have softened an anxious & annoyed customer. I would caution anyone from using them. Whoever it was on the phone, should never be allowed to speak to customers. The delivery arrived eventually at 6:55pm.
