Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Advised I would have delivery in 3-5 days. Called after 10 days and advised I would have to wait 10 days (already had!) before getting a replacement. Waited a further week and still no goods and no response to emails. In the end got paypal involved and they got the refund to my account within a couple of hours. In conclusion extremely bad service from Auravita but very good service from Paypal. (Ordered to item from another company and had the goods delivered (free) within 36 hours)

Do not use this company. End of. They offer a higher price postage charge for faster delivery but they took five days to dispatch my small items and then refused to refund the postage costs telling me to contact them if it hadn't arrived within 10 days - I was expecting it 'next day'.

I ordered some cake covers over a week ago and they have still not arrived so rang up today. No communication with them so far until my call, and they told me I have to wait another week. So 2 and a half weeks for my cake covers in total, ridiculously slow. It does state on the site usually despatched within 4 working days, not so in this case. And the member of staff I spoke to was snooty, correcting me straight away when I gave my transaction number, telling me that it was not a transaction number but an order number, for future reference! Really!

I placed an order with Auravita, but after that I kept getting unsolicited e-mails from them. There unsubscribe option was not working so I sent them an e-mail requesting they stop sending their e-mails. They totally ignored my request.

What kind of business person runs this outfit?

Avoid if you don't like spam e-mail.

Order was said to be delivered within 1 to 2 days this did not happen. I was then told it can take up to 3 - 4 days, this has now passed. On ringing Auravita I spoke to a very rude, Russian sounding woman who then said she could not do anything until ten days after expected delivery estimate. No good to me as I am off to China today, which they refused to deliver to unless I paid extra fee's for their mistakes.

I will never use this company again!!! I ordered through Vit-shop the same day arrived 2 days later, will use them in future!!

The product has arrived at last after some chasing...This is not the quickest company, so be prepared to wait for at least 8-10 days before your order arrives. Not happy, will not order from them again

I ordered a battery from Auravita a while ago. I had to return it because the battery delivered was not the battery I had ordered. It was an older deprecated model despite the fact that they were using a picture of a new model on the website.

Worst of all, they now have my email address and it is impossible to unsubscribe from there newsletter. They have not responded to any communications requesting they remove me from their mailing lists.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

If i could give a lower score than 1 star for customer service i really would. They claimed delivery was attempted but it was not as i was in all day on one fo the days. They charge an extortionate amount for delivery, and then have the audacity to tell me that i have to repay for delivery if i want the product again. My order was £14.50 and delivey was over £12 to post the package 5 miles. They are rude on the phone and by far the worst company i have dealt with over the internet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Purchased an obviously faulty product from Auravita which I returned. They disposed the item without even telling me and subsequently refused a refund/replacement. Had to get Trading Standards involved. Very poor customer service, would not use again.
